In carrying out the research, the author has distributed questionnaires to 113 respondents who are engaged as construction service actors, both as project owner as many as 18 respondents and as service providers as many as 95 respondents consisting of consulting service providers as many as 91 respondents and construction service providers as many as 4 respondents. . The data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The application of Value Engineering is carried out on road and bridge projects that will be proposed and can also be carried out on ongoing projects. The level of education of experts and experience of personnel from construction service actors is the key to success in implementing Value Engineering. This is due to the increasing growth in the number of vehicles that has not been balanced with th length of the existing road. It is necessary to evaluate the size of the turning radius at the median of the road with openings so that it is known whether the facility meets the requirements or not, and also analysis the turning time and travel time of the vehicle so that it can be done to overcome congestion. The method used to analysis and evaluate is the geometric condition of the road, the value of the turning radius in field, the turning time and the travel time of the vehicle. The results of calculations and analysis obtained the value of the turning radius with the planned vehicle, namely a passenger car with position 1 which is 722 cm and for position 2 which is 755 cm. Meanwhile heavy vehicles for position 1 are 1144 cm and for position 2 are 1141 cm. The turned time in the field are analized which is in the range of 4-25 seconds. Vehicle travel speed during rush hour Monday in the direction of Kertapati to the Jakabaring Flyover Intersection with a travel speed of 26.55 km/hour at 06.00-08.00 WIB. As for the Jakabaring to Kertapati Flyover Intersection with a travel speed of 29.27 km/hour at 11.00-13.00 WIB. And for Sundays in the Kertapati direction to the Jakabaring Flyover Intersection with a travel speed of 27.36 km/hour at 11.00-13.00 WIB. Meanwhile, in the direction of the Jakabaring to Kertapati Flyover Intersection with a travel speed of 26.77 km/hour at 16.00-18.00 WIB. Beton merupakan salah satu bahan yang sering digunakan dalam struktur bangunan yang mempunyai beberapa kelebihan dan mudah digunakan dan dikerjakan, mudah di bentuk sesuai kebutuhan, proses perawatan juga mudah dilakukan, ekonomis dalam pembuatannya karena menggunakan bahan–bahan lokal yang mudah diperoleh. Secara struktural beton memiliki kekuatan yang cukup besar dalam menahan gaya tekan. Beton dengan campuran serat merupakan beton yang dicampur dengan material serat serabut kelapa sawit, tetapi bisa juga diberikan tambahan berupa serat alami dan serat sintetis yang dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki kualitas dari beton. Penambahan serat serabut kelapa sawit dalam campuran adonan beton bisa memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam pemanfaatan limbah serabut kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini dalakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan membuat sampel uji beton berbentuk kubus dengan ukuran 50x50x50mm kemudian dilakukan uji porositasnya. This study aims to determine the effect of land use changes on water absorption in Kemilau Baru Village, District. East Baturaja, Regency. Ogan Komering Ulu. The procedure of this research includes the stages that can be presented in a flow chart. The research method used is the survey method, including to obtain primary and secondary data. The results showed that Kemilau Baru Village has an area of 2,438, 05 ha, with uses as settlements, vacant land, agriculture, offices as well as for trade and services with an area of 680ha, 908.05 ha, 800 ha, 100 ha, and 20 ha respectively. ha, with percentages of 28%, 33%, 32%, 5%, and 2%, respectively. To analyze the strength of the soil, of course, primary data taken in the field is needed, one of which is a soil sample. This research was conducted on the banks of the Sekanak river. Sekanak River passes through several villages including Bukit Lama, Bukit Baru Lorok Pakjo, Talang Semut, and several other villages in the Ilir area. The purpose of this study was to calculate the value of the Safety Factor (SF) from the plan for the construction of sheet piles using sheet pile material. This research uses modeling with Plaxis 2D program. Modeling is carried out to obtain the value of the safety factor on natural slopes. Sheet pile modeling has the greatest safety factor value for each slope of 1.831 for alternatives 1 and 1.934. for alternative 2. Services and facilities will be one of the supporters in the use of mass transportation. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of AKDP bus users and the level of passenger satisfaction. Method The sampling technique used by the researcher is accidental sampling. From the results of the analysis based on performance parameters that the bus route city transportation is good based on the 4 parameters analyzed, including the load factor at the morning peak hour of 54.42% and 51.75% during the afternoon peak hour. This is classified as good according to the regulation of the Director General of Land Transportation in 2002. In terms of travel speed during peak hour in the morning it is 19.83 KM/hour and during peak hour in the afternoon it is 20.05 KM/hour. Based on the regulation of the Director General of Land Transportation in 2002, the standard average vehicle frequency is 4-6 vehicles per hour, where on this route the frequency of public transport buses during peak hour in the morning is 4 vehicles/hour and during peak hour in the afternoon it is 4 vehicles/hour . The construction of the Ogan V Bridge in Tanjung Kemala Village aims to advance OKU Regency, as a means of connecting and facilitating mobilization between Tanjung Kemala residents in transporting their agricultural products to the traditional market of Baturaja City, facilitating access to transportation for residents across the Ogan River to Baturaja city, and support the economic development of the residents of Tanjung Kemala Village. The construction of the Ogan V Bridge certainly has a significant impact in terms of mobility, economy, social and environment for the residents of Tanjung Kemala Village. The purpose of the study was to determine how much influence the construction of the Tanjung Kemala Ogan V Bridge on the social, economic, environmental and technical conditions of the Tanjung Kemala Village community. The total population of 2,731 people using the Kreije Morgan formula, a sample of 337 people was obtained. The research data were analyzed and processed using the SPSS method, namely the Multiple Linear Regression method. Therefore, environmentally friendly geopolymer concrete is the choice. The main ingredients for making this concrete are pozzolanic materials which are rich in Silica (SiO 3 ) and Alumina (Al 2 O 3 ) as a substitute for cement and alkali activator in the form of Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) and (Na 2 SiO 3 ) as binders. This study aims to determine the variation of the mixture for the highest compressive strength. The ratio of fly ash type F and alkali activator is 74%:26%. The molarity of NaOH used was 10M, 12M, 14M, the ratio of Na 2 SiO 3 and NaOH was 2.5:1; 3.0:1; 3.5:1. The test object is cylindrical size 15cm x 30cm and the compressive strength test is 28 days old. The test results with the ratio of NaOH and Na 2 SiO 3 2.5:1 at 10M, 12M, 14M NaOH are 25.81 Mpa, 27.00 MPa, 28.98 MPa. While the compressive characteristics are 24.32 Mpa, 24.67 Mpa, 26.58 Mpa. The test results show that the ratio of molarity and alkali activator greatly affects the compressive strength and workability of geopolymer concrete. High molarity will produce high compressive strength. The purpose of this study was to determine the design flood discharge in Selabung watershed for the 100 year return period. The primary data in this study is morphological observation data and the secondary datas are rainfall data from 2001 to 2014, topographic data, land use, and river cross-section data. The calculation of rainfall average for three rain stations used Poligon Thiessen method.
