This text will analyse the change rule of the resistance, velocity and flow plug of high concentration slurry, as well as derive three equations for calculating the minimum driving pressure, the Average pressure loss and the stopping time under the viewpoint of dynamics. This model can effectively predict the average pressure loss and the stopping time. This text can also provide a reference for designer about the efficiency reliability of paste conveying system as well as pipe block problem caused by driving force.","PeriodicalId":403312,"journal":{"name":"2013 Fourth International Conference on Digital Manufacturing & Automation","volume":"16 9-12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116751379","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Taking component mounting/insertion machines as target equipments, this paper analyzes the data set to be processed by this data interface. Then we describe structure and format of data in a PCB source file generated by Protel, one commonly used CAD software, and discuss how to use the data interface to implement extraction and conversion of production data from a source file. The practical application proves that this data interface can greatly enhance the efficiency of the electronic assembly production.","PeriodicalId":403312,"journal":{"name":"2013 Fourth International Conference on Digital Manufacturing & Automation","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121698585","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is presented here an experimental study on the bond performance of CFRP strips-concrete interface using a simple shear test set-up. The effect of different factors, including concrete strength, groove width, distance between the groove and edge of the specimen and bond length etc., are examined. Through the tensile capacity experiment of chemically-planted steel bar member, failure modes was observed in static limit state, and the damage reasons and influence factors were analyzed. The strain change along the length direction of post-installed reinforcing bars was determined, and the change discipline of steel stress and corresponding stress-strain curves were obtained. This class of methods enjoys the same nice properties as those of the MFR method and the MPRP method. Firstly the methods generate sufficient descent directions for the objective function. This property is independent of the line search used. Secondly if exact line search is used, the methods possess quadratic termination property. Thirdly if Armijo type line search is used, then the methods are globally convergent when used to minimize a general nonconvex function. Finally, we do extensive numerical experiments to test the performance of the members in the class with different parameters. And then compare the performance of one of the method in the class with the MFR method and the MPRP method.","PeriodicalId":403312,"journal":{"name":"2013 Fourth International Conference on Digital Manufacturing & Automation","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-06-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125679757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
