It overcomes particle swarm optimization algorithm in solving combinatorial optimization problem, and better to avoid the tabu search algorithm falling into local optimum, and convergence speed has also been increased. Once the key was cracked, the encryption system fails completely. With hacking techniques becoming more sophisticated, traditional software encryption alone cannot guarantee the security of sensitive data. This paper introduces a trust storage system based on a security hardware, which implements the disk encryption based on partition, utilizing the device mapper mechanism. Meanwhile, a secure hardware, Trusted Cryptography Module (TCM) [1], provides security support from the hardware layer, greatly increasing the crack difficulty. Through the measurement of a periodic constant current load's work battery, get a series of working voltage, using phase-slope calculation method based on the working voltage at this time, calculating the battery's time remaining and SOC. This method proved the feasibility of the dynamic working point can be mapped to the static working point, and the largest relative error is no more than 7%. Through the software implementation can compensate temperature, aging and other interference factors. Principal Component Analysis and the evaluation models of the coordination degree have been used to analyze spatial pattern and time variation characteristics, which include both the county economic development level and the coordination degree of county economic development level and water resource in Central Yunnan Economic Zone. The result shows: (1)From 1999 to 2009, the difference of county economic development level has enlarged as if waves. The spatial structure in this region evolved from pole nucleus type to Pole-axis type gradually.
