In this paper, an experimental platform was built to analyse the critical current effect in the breaking process. Based on the magnetohydrodynamic model, the mathematical arc model for small DC contactor is established. Consider the near polar region between fractures, the physical fields in arc extinguishing chamber under different breaking conditions are analyzed. The simulation model is verified by comparing the simulation result with the experiment result. In this paper, the time-series Gaussian distribution model is used to describe the load with power fluctuations. When the load exceeds the sum of the power of the power supply and the energy storage, this part of the load will be short of power. This paper analyzes the risk of this kind of power outage and analyzes the system’s demand for energy storage and the lack of power supply caused by insufficient energy storage in a continuous period with an analytical method. Then, the optimal configuration model of energy storage capacity and converter power is established with the goal of maximizing the benefit of the DC distribution system, and a solution to the model using the gradient descent method is designed. In order to further improve the forecasting accuracy, this paper proposed two combined forecasting models, SVM-gray system and SVMArima, based on the time series characteristics of power load curves. By analyzing the principles of the two traditional forecasting models, the grey system and Arima, it’s found that the dispersion coefficient of the historical data of the load to be forecasted and the average slope difference of the daily load to be forecasted have a greater impact on the forecast errors of the grey system and the Arima model, respectively. The prediction accuracy of the grey system increases with the decrease of the discrete coefficient of the historical data of the load to be predicted, and the prediction accuracy of the Arima model increases with the decrease of the average slope difference of the load to be predicted. Therefore, the two prediction models are combined with the SVM model while the prediction accuracy is high, that is, the daily load with a small discrete coefficient of the historical data of the load to be predicted is selected as the experimental data, and the grey system-SVM combined prediction model is used for prediction. The daily load with small average slope difference of the load to be predicted is selected as the experimental data, and the ARIMA-SVM combined prediction model is used for prediction. The combined model uses the variance-covariance method (MV) to determine the weight coefficient, and the prediction results of the single prediction model are weighted and averaged to obtain the predicted value of the combined model. Finally, the load data of Anchorage, Alaska is taken as an example to verify. While the discrete coefficient of the historical data of the load to be predicted is low, the prediction accuracy of the grey system-SVM combined prediction model is higher. Finally, an experimental platform based on Hadoop is built, and the data is encrypted in blocks with the MapReduce computing framework, and the feasibility test of the scheme is carried out. The experimental results show that the algorithm scheme can improve the encryption speed of unstructured data files. The optimal number of Maps in the established cluster is 8, and the speedup ratio between serial encryption and parallel encryption is more than 2. In this paper, it summarizes the status quo of emission factors of power grids at home and abroad, analyzes the disadvantages of the frequently-used emission factors of power grids in recent China and puts forward suggestions on the calculation of emission factors of city-level power grids. It also calculates the emission factor of power grid within the pilot period in Urumqi of Xinjiang Autonomous Region on the basis of real data. The calculation result indicates that the emission factor of power grid in Urumqi significantly drops in comparison to that of the region. The sliding window-based frame sending and receiving mechanism is introduced to achieve maximum bandwidth data transmission, and the lost frame retransmission mechanism based on the receive bitmap is proposed to achieve fast retransmission of lost frames. When the steel bar diameter is reduced due to factors such as corrosion or manufacturing factors, the quality and service life of concrete members will be severely affected. Therefore, it is of great significance to accurately evaluate the effective diameter of reinforcing bars inside concrete members for the operation and maintenance of concrete members. Based on the magnetization principle of ferromagnetic materials, this paper innovatively proposes a detection method for judging the effective diameter of steel bars in concrete by using the magnetic induction value. The magnetic field distribution characteristics of steel bars with different diameters under a fixed magnetic field excitation source are studied, and the position of the diameter reduction interval is judged by the sudden change of the slope of the magnetic induction intensity curve. Curve fitting and integration were performed on the magnetic induction intensity values collected in the diameterreduced interval, and the ratio of the value to the curve integration under the normal diameter was used as the diameter criterion. Most existing machine learning algorithms require large amounts of labeled data to train and build detection models, but the cost of acquiring labeled data is very high. In this paper, a semi-supervised learning method for electricity theft detection based on cooperative training generative adversarial network (CT-GAN) is proposed to avoid the poor effect due to little labeled data. The method has two advantages. The first is semisupervised learning which can solve the defect that the deep convolutional network model is easy to overfit and leads to poor classification performance in the case of insufficient label samples, and the second is two discriminators for co-training, which eliminates the problem of large distribution error of single discriminator and improves the training of semi-supervised generative adversarial networks stability, the ability of GAN to generate labeled sample data is also improved. It is urgent to develop RF sensors with excellent performance and suitable for partial discharge detection. The RF detection method has the advantages of high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability. important means. In this paper, a new type of ultra-high frequency (UHF) sensor for partial discharge detection is designed using coplanar waveguide feeding as the feeding method of the sensor. Three typical defects such as corona discharge, creeping discharge and internal air gap discharge were set up, and partial discharge detection tests were carried out to detect partial discharge signals.
