In this paper, the time-series Gaussian distribution model is used to describe the load with power fluctuations. When the load exceeds the sum of the power of the power supply and the energy storage, this part of the load will be short of power. This paper analyzes the risk of this kind of power outage and analyzes the system’s demand for energy storage and the lack of power supply caused by insufficient energy storage in a continuous period with an analytical method. Then, the optimal configuration model of energy storage capacity and converter power is established with the goal of maximizing the benefit of the DC distribution system, and a solution to the model using the gradient descent method is designed. 摘要

在配电系统中,储能系统可以起到稳定负荷波动的作用,而如何优化配置储能容量和储能变换器功率是一个关键问题。本文采用时间序列高斯分布模型来描述具有功率波动的负荷。当负荷超过电源功率和储能功率之和时,这部分负荷就会出现缺电。本文分析了该类停电的风险,用解析的方法分析了系统对储能的需求以及连续时段储能不足造成的供电不足。然后,以直流配电系统效益最大化为目标,建立了储能容量和变换器功率的优化配置模型,并设计了采用梯度下降法求解该模型的方法。最后,用该方法对几个算例进行了优化,结果表明,本文提出的方法可以实现储能容量、储能功率和变换器功率的最优配置。
