It also calculates the emission factor of power grid within the pilot period in Urumqi of Xinjiang Autonomous Region on the basis of real data. The calculation result indicates that the emission factor of power grid in Urumqi significantly drops in comparison to that of the region. 摘要

在“碳调峰与碳中和”的背景下,在控制碳排放的同时,准确核算电力间接排放已成为各地方政府和电力消费者的迫切需求之一,而电网的排放因素将直接影响到电力间接排放的核算结果。本文总结了国内外电网排放因子的现状,分析了近年来中国常用电网排放因子的弊端,并对市级电网排放因子的计算提出了建议。并在实际数据的基础上,计算了新疆乌鲁木齐市试点期间电网的排放系数。计算结果表明,乌鲁木齐市电网的排放系数与全区相比明显下降。计算城市层面的排放因子,有利于提高电力间接排放核算结果的准确性,可以作为地方电力部门节能减排效果的有力证明。
