One of them is the need for media for communication. Information technology (IT) infrastructure in Vocational Schools is a connecting between Vocational Schools and the East Java Provincial Education Office. IT facilities can streamline and streamline communication between the Office of Education and Vocational Schools in various regions. To find out the state of IT infrastructure in Vocational Schools in Madiun Regency, there is a need to measure the maturity level of IT infrastructure in SMK. One popular IT governance evaluation framework used is COBIT. With the COBIT framework guidelines can assess current conditions, as well as expectations of what will be achieved. The results of the gap will be used as a basis for recommendations for improvements to what stages have not been in line with expectations. The results of the maturity level of management of IT infrastructure in Vocational High Schools at each school on average at AI3 sub domain are at level 2, while AI5 sub domains are at level 1. As for the situation in AI3 sub domains, there are still some who care about the importance of IT infrastructure policy, responsibility for infrastructure management is still limited to individual intuition, as well as the absence of measurement of the results of the objectives whether it has been achieved. This Geographic Information System (GIS) application was made to find out the location of BOS funds distribution with the appearance of tables and data in the form of maps. This GIS is displayed web-based so that everyone can access it. The use of this application will help the Education Office in monitoring the distribution of BOS funds so that evenly distribution. In addition to helping the community to find out the location of the school and school data. The author uses google maps to determine latitude and longitude coordinate points found on google maps. Using this coordinate point, the location of the recipient of BOS funds was obtained. Latitude and longitude values are stored in the MySQL database and will be called using PHP programming. This application also uses UML modeling. This study uses data collection methods by means of surveys and literature. After the data has been collected, the location measurements and map determination are then analyzed for system requirements and system design and testing. Then the implementation of the system by utilizing Google Map and the PHP programming language. After the application is generated, the program is tested with Black Box Testing. The level of user acceptance of the information system in the hospital needs to be reviewed and analyzed as a way to improve service because the main factors that play an important role are users. This study analyzes the factors that influence the acceptance of users of information using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). This study uses employee data as a sample, 30 respondents used to test the validity and reliability, from the number of 1436 employees used 112 respondents and the questionnaire returned was 94 questionnaires. Determination of the number of respondents based on Slovin formula shows the number used is 94 respondents. The research methodology includes literature study, determination of research variables, data collection and observation, hypothesis determination, instrument development, questionnaire distribution, data processing and analysis of results. In the development of instruments found 6 variables with 32 indicators, and 35 question items. Based on the validity test found 5 indicators that are not used and Cronbach's alpha value of 0.912 which means that the value is greater than 0.6 so that the instrument is reliable. World Economic Indicator Data to be used is sourced from Bloomberg and Bank Indonesia. To find out further developments, it is necessary to research the existing data. The algorithm used is Backpropagatian Neural Network. Data analysis was carried out using artificial neural network method using Matlab R2011b software. The study uses 5 architectural models. Microblogging services such as Twitter allow users to write about various things they experience or write reviews of a product, service, public figures and so on. This can be used to take opinion or sentiment towards an entity that is being discussed on social media such as Twitter. This study utilizes these data to determine public opinion or sentiment regarding public perceptions of the issue of rising electricity tariffs. Opinion taking is based on three classes namely positive, negative and neutral. Users often use non-standard word abbreviations or spelling, this can complicate the process and accuracy of classification results. In this study the authors apply text-preprocessing in handling these problems. For feature extraction, n-gram and classification methods are used using the Naive Bayes classifier. From the results of the research that has been done, the most negative sentiments are formed in response to the issue of the increase in basic electricity tariffs. In addition, from the results of testing with the method of cross validation and confusion matrix it is known that the accuracy of the naïve Bayes method reaches 89.67% before applying n-gram, and the accuracy rate increases 2.33% after applying n-gram characters to 92.00%.
