The treatment of coffee peel fermented using Trichoderma sp. consisted of P0 (without Trichoderma sp.), P1 (7.5 g), P2 (15.0 g), and P3 (22.5 g). Each treatment consisted of 4 replications. The parameters observed included: organoleptic quality (color, aroma, and texture) and pH value. The organoleptic test using the scoring method by 12 panelists. The result was analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA). A comparison among different treatments was performed by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Fermentation of coffee peel waste with Trichoderma sp. produces average light brown color, sour aroma, and softer texture with an increasing percentage of Trichoderma sp. The study was conducted in Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The material used was 15 Kuantan bulls. The parameters observed were scrotal circumference, semen quality and the correlation between scrotal circumference and semen quality. The results of this study indicated that the size of Kuantan cattle scrotum circumference was 23.06 cm; viability 76.67%; and motility 58%. The results of regression analysis which conducted on scrotal circumference for the viability and motility showed not significant (P>0.05). The correlation between scrotal circumference with spermatozoa viability of Kuantan cattle showed a moderate correlation of 0.40. The relationship between scrotal circumference with spermatozoa motility in Kuantan cattle showed a low correlation of 0.22. The regression equation obtained to determine the relationship between scrotal circumference with viability and motility of spermatozoa were Y = 45.44 + 1.35X and Y = 44.77 + 0.57X, respectively. The number of respondents is as many as 195 respondents consisting of breeders, collectors, wholesalers, Chicken Slaughterhouses, retailers and consumers. The method used is descriptive analysis method and mathematical analysis. The results showed that there were 4 forms of marketing channels for local chickens in Banyuwangi Regency. Channel 1 (breeders to consumers), channel 2 (breeders, collectors and consumers), channel 3 (breeders, collectors, wholesalers and consumers), channel 4 (breeders, collectors, wholesalers, Chicken Slaughterhouses, retailers and consumers). The largest total marketing margin was in channel 4, which was Rp51,000.00 and the smallest total margin was in channel 1 of Rp0,00. The highest number of profits in the marketing of local chickens in Banyuwangi Regency was in channel 4 Chicken Slaughterhouse of Rp15,433.33 per chicken and the smallest profit in channel 2 traders is Rp5,893.37 per chicken, for the largest percentage of profit from the marketing of local chickens in the Regency Banyuwangi is in channel 4 Chicken Slaughterhouse at 31% and for the smallest percentage of profit is channel 1 farmer by 5%. Field trials had been carried out for 5 months in the villange of Noelbaki, and analysis of this plant in the Food Chemistry Laboratory Hassanuddin University, Makassar. This study was designed based on a complete randomized design (CDR) with 5 treatments, and 4 replications. Plants were planted on the advertiser soil in polybags. The treatments were the level of organic fertilizer (bokashi) i.e. B0=without bokashi B10=10 ton/Ha, B20=20 ton/Ha, B30=30 ton/Ha, B40=40 ton/Ha. Bokashi level was changed to polybag as followed, B0=without treatment, B10=75 g/polybag, B20=150 g/polybag, B30=225 g/polybag, B40=300 g/polybag. The variables observed the mineral content of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. Bokashi level had a very significant effect on phosphorus and magnesium content, but had not a significant effect on calsium content. The percentage of calsium content was 0.75%, and the average of each treatments were B0 and B10=0.56%, B20=0.58%, B30=0.61%, B40=0.55%. The average of phosphorus content for each treatments were B0=0.15%, B10=0.21%, B20=0.18%, B30=0.16%, and B40=0.23%. The average of magnesium content for each treatments were B0=0.15%, B10=0.18%, B20=0.27%, B30=0.32%, and B40=0.37%. This study using 10 mares were used to confirm their pregnancy status using a rectal exploration technique (gold standard) using seven pregnant mares (K1) and three non-pregnant mares (K2). Serums from both groups were tested using a MTP kit. The research data were tested descriptive. The results showed that seven mares that were positively pregnant and three negative mares unpregnant after being tested using the MTP kit and rectal exploration. The study was conducted in Bulubete Village, South Dolo Subdistrict, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi. This study was conducted on 3 types of legumes, namely indigofera (Indigofera sp.), lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala), and calliandra (Calliandra calothyrsus). Variables observed were plants height (TT) and fresh production yields (PS) on 30, 60, and 90 days. The results of data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed the average of fresh legumes production were harvested at the age of 90 days in 3 types of legumes: indigofera, lamtoro, and calliandra was 0.96 kg; 0.37 kg; 0.63 kg; and post fertilization reaches 5.50 to 7.66 kg; 0.78 to 2.22 kg; and 2.0 to 3.28 kg. It was concluded that the introduction of three legumes under coconut stands that were very adaptive was indogofera. This treatment were drying with 105oC (drying time 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 hours and or until a constant weight was reached) and 110oC (drying time 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 hours and or until a constant weight was reached ) for 5 types of samples that had water content of ≤14%, including: BR1, broiler concentrate (KBr), cracked corn, rice bran and soybean meal. The data analysis was the average of treatments that repeated 5 times on 5 sample types. The population of dairy cows in Batu District in 2017 was 4,475, have milk production of 385,710 liters / year. The production of ginger was 30-40 tons per year in an area of 3-4 hectares. The purpose of this study was to find out the results of making Ginger Flavored Milk Candy. The research method used was Kaji Widya. The ginger flavored milk candy that was compared was milk candy with  ginger  powder  and  crushed ginger.  The  analytical  tool  used  was  Organoleptic  Test with the  measured aspects including color, taste, aroma, and texture. The results of organoleptic tests showed that milk candy that uses ginger which was crushed was morepreferred by panelists. This research was descriptive. Methods of data by surveys using questionnaires. Data were analyzed by SWOT matrix to find out opportunities and threats in Goatzilla Farm. The results of the study used SWOT analysis. Alternative strategies recommendated in the Goatzilla Farm were SO strategies (Strength Opportunities), namely comparative strategy primacy, efficiency and internal development, and information technology to improve product quality. The results of the study showed to need cooperation with the government, farmers, and distribution networks to provide raw materials and increased product sales. The threat of Goatzilla Farm needed to watch out for was licensing which was processed immediately to support a bargaining position. Sixteen cemani hens were maintained from the age of 12 weeks to the first laying period and housed randomly in cages based on a completely randomized design (CRD) using four treatments and four replications. The treatment consisted: standard feed (T0), standard feed added 75% duckweed (T1), standard feed added 10 ml/kg VCO (T2), and standard feed added 75% duckweed and 10 ml/kg VCO (T3). The parameters were evaluated: age of maturity, egg number, fertility, hatchability, feed consumption, protein retention, and body weight. The results showed that feeding of duckweed and VCO had significant (P<0.05) effects on age of maturity, egg number, feed consumption, protein retention, and body weight, but there were no significant (P>0.05) effects on fertility, and hatchability of cemani’s hen.
