The research material was 174 free-range chickens from hatching 315 eggs. The method used: experimental method. Data collected: egg size, egg weight, body weight, body weight gain, and body size. Data on egg size, egg weight, body weight, body weight gain and body size were analyzed using a t-test. The relationship between variables was analyzed regression and correlation analysis. Characteristics of body size and shape were analyzed principal component analysis. The results showed that egg size, egg weight, body weight, body weight gain and body size of male Kampung chickens were different (P <0.05) higher than females. Egg size affects egg weight, and DOC weight affects body weight at 4, 8, and 12 weeks of age. Egg size was positively correlated with male and female egg weights. DOC weight was positively correlated with body weight of Kampung chickens aged 4, 8, and 12 weeks. The closest correlation between egg size and egg weight was egg circumference (0.913), and DOC weight with body weight was weight at 4 weeks of age (0.936). Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan di kelompok peternakan unggas Permata Kelurahan Wua - wua, Kendari. Pengujian kandungan kolesterol, lemak, dan protein telur dilakukan di Laboratorium Terpadu Institut Pertanian Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Ransum perlakuan menggunakan persentase tepung daun Indigofera zollingeriana yang diuji terdiri atas: P0= 0% (kontrol), P1= 10%, P2= 15%, dan P3= 20%. Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar lemak, protein, dan kolestrol telur ayam arab. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Apabila perlakuan berpengaruh nyata maka dilakukan Uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan tepung daun Indigofera zollingeriana pada pakan hingga 20% tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap kadar protein, lemak, dan kolestrol telur Ayam Arab (P>0,05). This study used meta-analysis technique to integrate 55 data from 9 journals that contain information about replacing corn with local feedstuffs. The meta-analysis technique begins with collecting data from several scientific publications that contain tannin and saponin levels. Furthermore, the data was tabulated in the form of database with the help of microsoft excel, in this tabulation process the units of each data are equalized, after that the data was tabulated and analyzed using comprehensive meta-analysis version 3. The effect of corn replacement on the quality of broiler meat was not significant, this can be seen on the content of the percentage of carcasses, carcass weights, and cholesterol of meat was not different. The results show that the distance between the given model and the actual model indicates that there was decrease in the amount of cholesterol in meat with the replacement of corn in feed ingredients (0.05<P<0.1). Mott) on entisol soils with different amounts of water volume in Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) made of pig feces. This research was carried out for 5 months in the feed garden of Noelbaki Village and State Agricultural Polytechnic of Kupang. The study used completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments consisting of P0 (without LOF), P1 (LOF without water), P2 (LOF 1 L with 2 L water solvent), P4 (LOF 1 L with 4 water solvent) L), and P6 (LOF 1 L with 6 L water solvent) repeated 4 times. The observed variables were plant height increase, number of buds, chlorophyll content (mg/mL), absorption of nitrogen (g/polybag), fresh and dried production. The data were analyzed by ANOVA and Duncan Multiple Range Test. The results showed that dilution of LOF used different water volumes had a non-significant effect (P0.05) on the number of buds (average of 0.27 buds/week), but had a significant effect (P0.05) to increase plant height (average of 4.45 cm/week), chlorophyll content (average of 20.42 mg/mL), absorption of nitrogen (average of 0.16 g/polybag), fresh production (average of 40.09 g/polybag) and dried production (average of 10.83 g/polybag). IBD was the one of viral disease that often attacks chickens in the field. The aim of this study was to determine the diagnosis of IBD by through at clinical symptoms and necropsy that can still be relevant on in the field. The diagnosis of IBD correctly, cheaply, easily and quickly in the field is very important to optimize the health care management and evaluation program. The method used was by observing clinical symptoms of broiler chickens in commercial farms suspected of contracting IBD and observing post-death organs (necropsy). The object of necropsy was 5 samples of broiler chickens from the farm. Data was analyzed descriptively.
