The quantiles, the measures of skewness based on quartiles, and the measures of kurtosis based on octiles, survival function, the probability density function, hazard function, cumulative distribution function, cumulative hazard function, are just a few of the crucial statistical properties we have derived for the proposed distribution. To estimate the parameters of the half-Cauchy generalized exponential distribution, the maximum likelihood estimation method has been applied. For the evaluation of the new distribution’s potential, we have considered a real dataset and compared the goodness-of-fit attained by proposed distribution with some competing distribution. The suggested model fits the data much better and is more adaptable than some other models.","PeriodicalId":401623,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Nepal Mathematical Society","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130467414","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In fact, the g-frame is an extension of ordinary frames. Generalized frames with adjointable operators called K-g-frame is a generalization of a g-frame. It can be used to reconstruct elements from the range of a adjointable operator K. K-g-frames have a certain advantage compared with g-frames in practical applications. This paper is devoted to study some properties of K-g-frame in Hilbert C∗ -module, we characterize the concept of K-g-frame by quotient maps. Also discus some result of the dual K-g-Bessel sequences of K-g-frame in Hilbert C∗ -module. Our results are more general than those previously obtained. It is shown that the results we obtained can immediately lead to the existing corresponding results in Hilbert Spaces.","PeriodicalId":401623,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Nepal Mathematical Society","volume":"97 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127390187","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

T. gondii can infect every warm[1]blooded vertebrate and the proportion of the world population that is suffering from the parasitic disease is over one-third. In this work, a nonlinear epidemic model is developed to analyze how various factors can instigate backward bifurcation phenomenon in the transmission dynamics of toxoplasmosis. The model is subjected to the usability test by employing ample mathematical techniques and is found to be usable. An analytical threshold that governed T. gondii transmissibility is derived and used to study the model qualitatively. Results from the analysis establish the existence of backward bifurcation for toxoplasmosis dynamics.","PeriodicalId":401623,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Nepal Mathematical Society","volume":"127 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114126963","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The major concerns of the research are to observe the concentrations of pollutant and dissolved oxygen in the river. One dimensional model is used to observe the concentrations by taking the dimension along the length of the river. Since the processes of pollution and aeration are ongoing, the investigation of steady states is made possible by taking into account the elimination of pollutants by aeration. In this model coupled advection-dispersion equations are solved by taking dispersion coefficient as zero and non-zero, respectively.","PeriodicalId":401623,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Nepal Mathematical Society","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121092210","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has wide application in different fields of real life. We might face different challenges in our daily life to select the best of the best for the concrete result. There are various criteria in the literature for ranking alternatives in the realm of decision-making under uncertainty in a crisp environment. In this paper, we address the challenges seen in making a decision for selecting the best of the best as studied by Bellmen-Zadeh maximin method. It is used to address such challenges using fuzzy real numbers.","PeriodicalId":401623,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Nepal Mathematical Society","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133361717","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
