But due to the imbalance of information between the contractee and the contractor, the contractor tends to take self-profitable actions. And the self-profitable actions are crucial factor to affect and limit the increase of profits of equipment support outsourcing. In order to increase the profit, the prevention and control of self-profitable actions are studied. The paper proposes a new method of Vibration frequency response analysis (VFRA) in order to effectively detect the deformation. A series of experiments have been conducted on a large power transformer to validate its efficiency by testifying its repetitiveness and sensitivity. The first series of experiments used VFRA on phase A under the same status in different time. VFRA was used in the second series of experiments on phase C with purposely removing its insulation pressboard. The third used VFRA to test phase C with manmade radial deformation. All the first series of experimental results are nearly the same, which shows the good repetitiveness for this method. The second and third results with the artificial faults were compared with those in normal status, which shows that VFRA can effectively detect the windings' deformation. According to the complex product quality system's characteristics of multi-dimensional, multi-processes, nonlinear, coupling and so on, based on the analysis of chaotic evolution process of complex product quality characteristics variation, a chaotic transfer pattern is established. The chaotic characteristics of the quality characteristics variation are analyzed, such as the initial value sensitivity, density and fractal dimension. Furthermore, a new concept of quality system structure parameter, the parameter to determine whether the complex product quality system is in the stable control time domain or the chaos control time domain, is proposed. And deciding region of chaotic critical spot on structure parameters of complex quality system is discussed. Chaotic state-space mathematical model of quality characteristics variation transfer is developed, and an example for complex product assembly process is given. This paper proposes a novel model using Dynamic Bayesian Networks (DBNs) for predicting the condition of bridge elements. The proposed model improves prediction results by being able to handle, deterioration dependencies among different bridge elements, the lack of full inspection histories, and joint considerations of both maintenance actions and environmental effects. With Bayesian updating capability, different types of data and information can be utilised as inputs. Expert knowledge can be used to deal with insufficient data as a starting point. The proposed model established a flexible basis for bridge systems deterioration modelling so that other models and Bayesian approaches can be further developed in one platform. This test method concentrates on whether there are failure products in a certain test time. But for the products with high reliability and long life, this test method is ineffective to satisfy the constraints on the limited development time and test cost, because it requires excessive test time or a large sample size. Some high reliability and long life products in their failure process have an obvious feature of degradation. By the use of this feature, the reliability of the products can be validated in a short cumulative test time through the design of reliability demonstration approach. In this paper, an approach of zero-failure reliability demonstration based on the accelerated degradation data for Weibull distribution is presented. The accelerated degradation data obtained during the test is used to BS degradation model and an acceleration equation. Based on the failure threshold of degradation, the failure probability of the products is calculated in a certain test time, and simultaneously combined with Type Π error, decision rules for terminating the test of a unit is presented.
