According to the complex product quality system's characteristics of multi-dimensional, multi-processes, nonlinear, coupling and so on, based on the analysis of chaotic evolution process of complex product quality characteristics variation, a chaotic transfer pattern is established. The chaotic characteristics of the quality characteristics variation are analyzed, such as the initial value sensitivity, density and fractal dimension. Furthermore, a new concept of quality system structure parameter, the parameter to determine whether the complex product quality system is in the stable control time domain or the chaos control time domain, is proposed. And deciding region of chaotic critical spot on structure parameters of complex quality system is discussed. Chaotic state-space mathematical model of quality characteristics variation transfer is developed, and an example for complex product assembly process is given.
