This research uses the action research method.\u0000The population of this study were 24 class XI IPS 2 students with a sample of all students. This research was conducted in 2 cycles. In cycle 1 the crossword puzzle game has not been used, so it can be seen that the student learning outcomes are unsatisfactory. Then in cycle 2, the crossword game was used. It was seen that there was an increase in student learning outcomes, namely as many as 24 students were able to solve the questions correctly and get scores above the KKM. Then learning was carried out in cycle 2, the steps and planning were carried out the same as cycle 1. The results obtained in cycle 2 were 24 students who were able to complete questions about monetary and fiscal policy and obtained scores above the KKM. From the results of the above research it can be concluded that learning by using crossword puzzles can improve student learning outcomes in KLS XI IPS 2. To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the role of the PAI teacher as a motivator in improving the discipline of class XI students at SMA Takhasus Al-Quran Kalibeber Wonosobo. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the role of the PAI teacher was optimal in playing his role as a motivator in increasing student discipline. Namely being a motivator, role model, always giving direction and advice. This is indicated by the increase in student discipline. The discipline level of class XI students at SMA Takhasus Al-Quran Kalibeber Wonosobo is said to have increased marked by the existence of several disciplinary indicators including, discipline in entering school, discipline in entering class, study discipline, discipline in discipline. This research uses a type of quantitative experimental research (quasi-experimental research). The design used in this research is one group pretest-posttest. This research was conducted at MI Ma'arif Kliwonan Wonosobo. There were two samples in this study: the experimental class consisted of 28 students and the control class consisted of 26 students. In this study using observation, tests and documentation to collect data. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used prerequisite test and hypothesis test. This community service activity provides tourism training in Russian which is carried out with a combination of foreign language training (Russia) and beach cleaning up. The method of implementing service activities in the form of Russian language training is carried out in several stages so that all the material is managed and utilized properly. The purpose of this activity is because many foreign tourists, especially Russians visiting Bali, require foreign language skills from tour operators, especially Russian. In recent years, the number of Russian tourists visiting Bali has increased, Russian tourists often do not understand English, so as a tourism treatment it is necessary to understand and learn Russian. From the results of the community service activities, it can be seen that the skills and mastery of the Russian language by Melasti Beach tour operators is increasing. The trainees are study group students currently in the third grade of vocational school. Those who are about to graduate and enter the world of work. The method of Service is divided into four stages: observing, planning, implementing, and evaluating. Based on the stages of activities that have been planned, community service activities are produced such as: (1) observing in the field to obtain information and analyze what needs are needed by students in their learning groups (2) Planning is the stage where preparing everything to support service activities, (3) implementing activities that have been planned, namely by providing direct training to students with lecture, (4) evaluating is an activity to distribute questionnaires containing questions in the form of google form. The conclusion from the results of this dedication is that this training is very helpful for students in preparing to enter the workforce. Presentations, discussions, and simulations make students confident and eager to be active in each session. As a result, students can understand and answer interview questions effectively.
