The carrying capacity of the soil also varies, in sand that has a uniform gradation when it is saturated, the shear strength will decrease. One way that can be done to increase the shear strength of the soil is to provide reinforcement with the addition of geotextiles. The shear strength parameters used in the planning of the bearing capacity of the soil reinforced by geotextiles are the internal friction angle and the interaction coefficient between the geotextile and the sand. The sample of this study used liquefaction potential sand Bangka using woven and non-woven geotextile reinforcement with a relative density variation of 25%, 50%, 75%. For use geotextiles are installed vertically and horizontally. To get the parameter value of shear strength, Direct Shear testing is carried out. Based on the test results, it is found that Bangka sand is uniform sand with values of Cu <6 and Cc <1. The data used are primary data collected through questionnaires from 105 East Kalimantan community respondents. The questionnaire was designed with a Likert scale of 1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = neutral, 4 = agree, 5 = strongly agree. Multiple linear regression is used to process the collected data. Simultaneously, the e-government dimension is proven to have a significant effect on transparency in the management of transfer funds in East Kalimantan, and although partially the quality of information does not have a significant effect on transparency. The application of e-government is able to provide easy and speedy access to information on the management of fund transfers from the Central Government to Provincial, Regency, and City Governments in East Kalimantan. The application of e-government is able to increase transparency in public services. But, after it was converted from conventional car which named Makara Electric Vehicle 02 still need crosschecking on several aspects, especially on braking. The author will focus on the effect of center of gravity and total mass to the braking characteristics which is braking forces and stopping distance by doing weigh testing and after that data processing to the characteristics that needed. The author also explained data result and compared it to the same M1 vehicle type before it was converted. The result of the test showing that center of gravity MEV 02 start from 0,57-0,62 meter along increase in passengers, for braking force start from 4900-6200N along increase in passengers, and for stopping distance start from 2-18m for velocity on 20 km/h, 40 km/h, and 60km/hours. Transportation is one of the biggest sectors that contributes to pollution in cities area. This happens because of the exhaust gas produced by the vehicles contains dangerous gases that causes air pollution. Electric vehicle is the alternative mode of transportation that does not produce any exhaust gas at all, yet it will take a long time for the masses to adapt to this new source of energy for the vehicle, and that was when the idea came up to convert a conventional vehicle. Makara Electric Vehicle 02 is an electric vehicle conversion project, using Daihatsu Ayla as the base platform, the internal combustion engine is replaced with AC Induction Motor 7.5 kW, while all the rest of the driveline components remains the same to use the standard components. This research will test the vehicle performance using dynamometer, calculating the resistance force working on the vehicle, and the maximum road incline handled by the vehicle by calculating tractive effort produced by the vehicle. The result is that the vehicle produced maximum power of 12.08 HP, with maximum torque of 86.25 Nm at 750 RPM. With used of the dyno test it is measured that the maximum vehicle speed is 46 km/hour. The transmission mapped the powertrain RPM to work and the range of 1237-3759 RPM on first gear, 776-3527 RPM on second gear, 720-2624 RPM on third gear, 692-1989 on fourth gear, and 566-1626 RPM on fifth gear. The maximum road incline is 22 degree of slope. Beside that, most of the researchers using magnetic fields to improve the quality of combustion for decreasing exhaust CO emission. Therefore, the objective of this research was to determine the effect of electromagnetization fuel using Bioethanol-RON 90 blends on exhaust emission engine 125 CC. The independent variable of the study is the variation of the fuel composition based on percent volume and engine speed (RPM) while the dependent variable is the exhaust gas emissions. Giving the electromagnetic effect causes the combustion efficiency which is shown by the the reduced amount of incomplete combustion gas emissions. The combustion efficiency occurs due to the effect of the phenomenon of fuel magnetization in the combustion chamber causing polarization (due to magnetic induction) on hydrocarbon molecules. The results of this study is E20 (20% Bioethanol blend with 80% RON 90) is the best composition fuel. Primary data were collected through questionnaire distribution designed with Likert scale to 259 students, fellow lecturers, and leaders. Analysis of the data collected using multivariate linear regression analysis with the AMOS program Structural Equation Model as a tool. The analysis revealed that motivation directly had a significant positive effect on Job Performance and indirectly through Job Satisfaction. Meanwhile, indirect compensation through Job Satisfaction has a significant positive effect, but indirectly has no significant effect on Job Performance. The implication of this research is that increased motivation encourages the creation of Job Satisfaction and Has an effect on the increase of Job Performance. Meanwhile, the increase in compensation can encourage an increase in Job Satisfaction but it does not necessarily increase the Job Performance of Vocational Higher Education lecturers in East Kalimantan. Thermal gravimetric was carried out for monitoring the weight loss on the cathode system. In contrast, the X-ray diffraction was employed for the structure phase constructed on the model. Reduction of weight value during the calcination process was achieved to be 10.5%. Thus, a low temperature of the reduction reaction was obtained less than 920 °С. The decomposition reaction related to oxygen vacancy in the composite cathode-free cathode was begun at 410 °С. It takes the advantage in the device system for IT-SOFCs in application. This study also investigates if financial and non-financial performance measures affect employees’ job satisfaction and managerial performance through employees’ trust in superiors and their commitment to the organization. The data were collected from management-level employees of two service industries – public accounting firms and state-owned administrative service – located in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Banten, and Serang. The 79 data were analyzed by using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS Software Version 3.2.8. A smooth surface with mixed like-flakes of MoS 2 is provided by the development of CVD system. It is grown on the c-sapphire substrate with a few layers. Further, surface morphology both of MoS 2 substrate and GaN layer was investigated in detail by the AFM and FE-SEM characterization. The results demonstrated that the surface morphology of the constructing GaN layer was smoother than MoS 2 layer. The surface texture was obtained throughout the decreasing of area roughness up to 1.44 nm and root mean square (RMS) of 2.40 nm. However, thin GaN layers covering the MoS 2 surface was in the less content of atomic with a weight Ga element. One of the most important component for syhnthesis graphene with this method is electrodes. Electrodes at this method act as a source of carbon for synthesis graphene. Most of the researcher use graphite (sheet, rod, and flakes) as a electrodes for this method. This research aims to synthesis graphene with electrochemical exfoliation with carbon composite as a electrode. This paper is the first stage at this research to design and create a mold of carbon composite electrode.
