The data used are primary data collected through questionnaires from 105 East Kalimantan community respondents. The questionnaire was designed with a Likert scale of 1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = neutral, 4 = agree, 5 = strongly agree. Multiple linear regression is used to process the collected data. Simultaneously, the e-government dimension is proven to have a significant effect on transparency in the management of transfer funds in East Kalimantan, and although partially the quality of information does not have a significant effect on transparency. The application of e-government is able to provide easy and speedy access to information on the management of fund transfers from the Central Government to Provincial, Regency, and City Governments in East Kalimantan.
