However, the Central Government (General Directorate of Highways) has no measurable, accurate data on district roads, which can be used as the basis of evaluating proposals from provincial, regent, and city administrations. The purpose of this research is to analyze the value of rigid pavement conditions based on the International Roughness Index (IRI) which was carried out using the Roadroid application. The type of deterioration is determined based on the Pavement Condition Index (PCI). Data were collected from Jalan Raya Babelan for 2 km. Assessment of rigid pavement conditions throughout Jalan Raya Babelan using the IRI and conducted with the Roadroid application produced an IRI value between 6.31 (medium) and 33.81 (heavy deterioration). Road deterioration survey conducted using Pavement Condition Index (PCI) shows several types of road deterioration, such as broken corners, split slabs, damaged joint mantles, sloping roadsides, linear cracking, slippery aggregate, pop-outs, punch-outs, bent corners, and bent joints. Circumstantial assessment utilizing the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method produces PCI values in the range of 0 (failed) to 22 (severe). Both methods demonstrate that Jalan Raya Babelan needs to be included minor reconstruction program. Deteriorations need to be repaired by renewing the pavement layer. The concept of an independent campus and independent learning is part of students' rights to get three semesters of learning outside campus. To answer the concept of an independent campus, universities must immediately prepare a curriculum so that it is adaptive and responds to changes. From the curriculum, students must also have good motivation and time management in participating in learning. The problem in this research is that learning motivation and time management have not been fully used in the learning process when viewed from the concept of collaborative knowledge creation. The purpose in this research was to analyze student how to learn motivation, and time management applied to learning in the Covid-19 era, and whether the concept of collaborative knowledge creation was used to support the learning process. The research method used is mixed methode with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Respondents in this study were 100 students of Politeknik Negeri Jakarta with samples obtained using purposive random sampling. The results showed that student learning motivation during the Covid-19 era provided high learning outcomes. time management helps in completing course assignments, more regularly, the atmosphere of learning becomes fun. Another result is that personal characteristics and individual learning styles are important in the application of time management. is to get good grades and pass on time. Scanning performed from various positions will have different data, which will then be registered to form a product topography. The next process is to reconstruct 3D CAD, which is then converted into working drawings, used for manufacturing processes such as CNC machining by generating G-Code. The crucial stage was the 3D CAD reconstruction of the point cloud dataset, which required a complicated triangulation process and long computation time. In this research, 3D point cloud data is used directly to generate tool paths for CNC machining without 3D CAD reconstruction. The goal is to shorten the reverse engineering time with a quality that can still meet the requirements. The stage is to model the tool path of the tools used in CNC machining relative to feature point cloud sets. This toolpath will be used as the basis for creating G-code. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. This research was preceded by a literature study to obtain research data. The data source of research is a list of words / terms in in SNI 032847 reinforced concrete, SNI 1729 steel, SNI 1726 earthquake, and SNI 1727 loading. Each word / term on SNI is equipped by its meaning based on the meaning in the civil engineering field. The outcomes of this study, obtained several terms in the field of building structures that have conceptual meaning and lexical meaning, such as base words tendon, diafragma, partisi, and suffixes words like, tulangan, kebakaran, sambungan. The conceptual meaning of these terms has more specific meaning towards the subject of building structure than its lexical meaning. Yet, both conceptual meaning and lexical meaning have similarities to the concepts it is used for. For this reason, it is necessary to add other materials in order to increase the stability of pavement mixture. The purpose of this study was to obtain the Marshall property value of the porous asphalt concrete mixture. This study is also analyze the effect of plastic waste in the porous asphalt concrete mixture on the permeability and properties of Marshall. This research used is the experimental method in the laboratory. The Optimum Asphalt Content (KAO) made with asphalt content 4.5%; 5%; 5.5%; 6%; and 6.5% without variation of plastic waste. Furthermore, it is also made by KAO and the addition of plastic waste by 0%; 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% and tested with Marshall test and permeability. The results of the research with 5,5% KA0, that the addition of plastic waste in the porous asphalt mixture can increase the value of stability, flow, and marshall quotient. with an average value of 25% plastic waste content of 1296.71 kg; 3.62 mm and 353.19 kg / mm. However, the VIM and permeability values decreased, respectively, with an average value 20.65% and 0.188 cm / s.
