As such, it represents one of the most transformative impacts of information technology on advertising agency business and its management. Social media has altered dramatically the ways organizations relate to the markets and society, creating a new world of possibilities and challenges many aspects of an advertising agency, from organization and operations to innovation and creativity management. Furthermore, it outlines a broad research agenda for understanding the relationships among social media, advertising agencies, and creativity management. The goal of the paper is to propose the framework featuring the role of social media in creativity management and the connection with the creative process and successful management of an advertising agency. The contribution of this paper is the exploration of the social media role in advancing creativity management in advertising agencies.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. E Serv. Mob. It explores the relationship between ease of use and recommendation intent via serially mediating roles of satisfaction and continued intention. It also explores the relationship between cost and recommendation intent by studying the serially mediating roles of satisfaction and continued intention. It combines the two resulting in an integrated framework. The study utilized the analytical approach by Hayes (2013) for testing the hypothetical model. The path coefficients were calculated using Model 6 (PROCESS). Our findings reveal that satisfaction and continued intention are serially mediating the relationship between ease of use and recommendation intention as well as cost and recommendation intention. The major contribution of this research study to existing literature is that it culminates with the ‘action’ of ‘recommendation to use’ rather than continued intention.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. First and foremost, this research aims to determine the impact of a game mechanism known as virtual currency on the intention of young female consumers to use it in a e-tailing platform. Second, it looks at the function of e-trust and task awareness as an extension to the TAM framework, two antecedents that are thought to influence female virtual currency adoption intentions in e-tailing. The proposed framework was evaluated using data from an online survey of 386 female participants across India. The conceptual framework is empirically validated using the PLS-SEM technique. The current study broadens the scope of game mechanics by emphasizing the importance of e-trust as an independent variable and task awareness as a mediator. Findings imply that the e-tailer's may include virtual currency into their platforms, allowing female consumers to make substantial use of it in their purchasing decisions.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. To address this gap, data was collected in four sub-Saharan African countries through an online survey to test the hypothesized model using structural equation modeling. The findings indicate that perceived ad personalization influences online purchase intention and this relationship is partially mediated by perceived relevance and fully mediated by perceived intrusiveness. No effects were found for privacy concern. Notably, internet use motivation moderated the relationships between the predictor and the outcomes. Specifically, the effect of ad personalization on perceived intrusiveness was only significant among paratelic users, its effect on purchase intention was also stronger among paratelic users, and its effect on perceived relevance was more pronounced among telic users.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. Data were collected from a survey among young Vietnamese people and analyzed with statistical software of SPSS and AMOS. Findings reveal that promotion regulatory focus leads to risk propensity which will be positively correlated to intention to disclose personal information in mobile payment apps among young people. In contrast prevention regulatory focus is correlated to risk perception which will be negatively related to intention to disclose personal information in mobile payment apps. Furthermore, the positive moderating role of perceived trust in the relationship between risk propensity and intention to disclose personal information in mobile payment apps is confirmed while perceived trust has been found to negatively moderate the impact of risk perception on intention to disclose personal information in mobile payment apps.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. This study aimed at finding words/word patterns on comments and/or feedback from Facebook pages on the services provided by the frontline services of PSU-Urdaneta City campus to measure customer satisfaction by utilizing linguistics-based pattern recognition approach. This study employed association rules using the frequent-pattern growth (FP-growth), which adopts a divide-and-conquer strategy for finding frequent item sets. Meaningful patterns of negative comments on the services provided by some of the offices implying unsatisfactory customer service were revealed. However, there were also positive and satisfactory customer services provided by various offices as evidenced by positive comments addressed to the quality of rendered services. The result implies that sentiment analysis and word association can be utilized to measure customer satisfaction and serve as a tool to enrich and improve the frontline services provided by the institution to their clientele.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. Therefore, considerable attention has been paid to the LCC model. However, it is still not clear whether it is a successful disruptive innovation, or what factors and differentiation points for successful LCC service exist from the passengers' perspective. As this study's methodology, quantitative and qualitative content analyses are conducted using the word-of-mouth data of 1,854 passengers of 20 airlines. This study found that the LCC model is perceived as a successful disruptive innovation from the passengers' point of view. For successful LCC service, LC airlines should offer higher quality services than passengers' expectations using basic service elements. Also, good staff characteristics, leaving a professional impression, and providing good optional services could play a role as differentiation tools.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. J.
