Specifically, it examines the effect of uncertainty avoidance and collectivism based on the Hofstede cultural dimensions on three important constructs in technology adoption as well as m-payment adoption which are performance expectancy, behavioural intention and consumer trust. The data was collected in Vietnam which ranked first in m-payment development worldwide in 2019 to test the hypotheses. The findings confirmed the significant impact of cultural variables in the context of mobile payment adoption. The positive and significant impacts of performance expectancy on behavioural intention and consumer trust, and consumer trust on behavioural intention are also confirmed which are aligned to previous studies. This research contributes to the body of literature of not only m-payment adoption, but also the impact of culture in m-payment adoption in particular and technology adoption in general.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. Data for the study was obtained from a sample of 260 respondents through online and direct survey using structured questionnaire. Structural Equation Modeling was used to analyse the data through SPSS v.22 and SmartPLS v.3. Findings with regards to the determinants of mobile payment system adoption indicate that perceived security, attitude and perceived usefulness play active roles in consumers decision to adopt mobile payment method in Ghana. Also, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant and positive influence on consumers’ attitude towards mobile payment adoption. Further, subjective norm was found to influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of mobile payment adoption in Ghana. The study contributes to literature on mobile payment system from developing country context. The study proffered some recommendations.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. E Serv. Mob. Structural equation modeling is adopted to test the proposed model. Information quality has a negative effect on perceived risk (central route), while source credibility has a positive impact on perceived usefulness (peripheral route). The antecedents of perceived risk including information quality, source credibility, familiarity, and personal innovativeness which are divided into four categories: cognition-based, affect-based, experience-based, and personality-oriented. The four antecedents significantly affect consumer’s perceived risk in adopting mobile shopping apps. The results show that consumers’ perceived usefulness and perceived risk affect consumers’ behavioral intentions of mobile shopping apps adoption.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. The primary research objective is to determine how perceptions of task-service fit associated with branded apps enhances branded app experience and to explore brand co-creation and ultimately brand loyalty. Using data from 573 branded app users we were able to identify the following relationships: Perceptions of task-service fit and o-creation were found to influence brand loyalty. Also, task-service fit and randed app experience influenced co-creation. Finally, results also confirm that branded app experience and brand co-creation are mediators of the relationship between task-service fit and brand loyalty.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. The results of this research clearly show that the Slovenian users’ attitudes and behaviour towards marketing communication on social networks are not significantly different from the Croatian users’ attitudes towards marketing communication on social networks. The results of these research have a great value for marketing experts, who are communicating with users in Slovenia and Croatia. According to the results of this research, in general, marketing experts, responsible for marketing communication on social networks, do not need to adjust their messages when communicating with the audiences in Slovenia and Croatia. However, regarding the results of this research, they still need to pay attention to adjust messages according to gender and some demographic, social or economic factors.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. Apps and mobile websites are offered in various areas of health, travel, shopping, ticketing, and lifestyle, promising enormous opportunities for consumers and businesses. This study identifies the critical factors affecting m-commerce transaction decisions and explaining their relevance. The significant moderating effect of demographics and types of mobile commerce services namely: banking, ticket booking and shopping services are analyzed on users’ behavioral intention in a single framework. The data collection done through questionnaire required the respondents to describe their behavior during their most recent online transactions, in terms of UTAUT model dimensions in three specific areas m-banking, m-ticketing, and m-shopping. Structured equational modeling was employed to analyze the causal association between variables. The research implications will help in understanding the factors affecting the acceptance levels of various m-commerce services by the consumers in India.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. For instance, mobile health cannot be effectively implemented if patients’ behavioural intentions are not taken into account, as patients’ attitudes and persistence are important for the successful introduction of any IT application. Indeed, the topic of mobile health acceptance, in the particular case of Saudi Arabia, has not been adequately investigated, despite the availability of some general research on the acceptance of technology. Therefore, the present study adopted the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model with the aim of identifying the determinants of mobile health application acceptance. The UTAUT model identified a selection of factors that influenced the uptake of mobile health services. Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, system quality and trust in the ICT system were all positively influential. However, social factors did not appear to affect the behavioural intention to use mobile health.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. E Serv. Mob. Data for empirical testing of the research model, using a Partial Least Squares (PLS) structural equation modelling technique with multi-group analysis, were obtained from 987 SNS users in Jordan and South Africa. Our findings suggest that, although there are differences in the path estimates of users in these contexts, these differences are not statistically significant, implying that cultural factors are not salient considerations for promoting SNS users’ satisfaction and continuance use intention. Implications of these findings for theory and practice are discussed.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. E Serv. Mob. This research uses the extended Unified Theory on Acceptance and Use of Technology framework to analyze these factors. The student population respondents' data about Augmented Reality adoption was collected. The student population has been chosen due to the highest probability of accepting new technologies. The research results show a positive and significant performance expectancy and enjoyment, while effort expectancy showed a negative and significant impact on the behavioural intention dependent variable. These research results can be used for the potential development of Augmented Reality apps in the retail industry and the academic implications of the connections between variables in the UTAUT framework.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. Configuring customer knowledge is no doubt mandatory to lower the risk level. Loans and credit cards granting are two services that are offered by the banking corporations which can be categorized as high-risk services. Therefore, it is highly recommended for the corporations to have intelligent support for providing an accurate granting decision which naturally leads to minimizing the associated risk. In this research, a decision support model is proposed for loans granting. The proposed model applies a set of data mining techniques in a collaborative environment that aims at applying different techniques with considering their results according to the technique’s evaluation weight. The proposed model results present the recommendation for each customer’s loan granting a request to be either accepted or rejected. The proposed approach has been applied the on a loan granting dataset and the evaluation results revealed its superiority by 92% success in reaching high accurate decisions.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int.
