The research was conducted using a questionnaire, prepared on the findings from the literature. The data were statistically analysed in accordance with the research objectives. The results show that there is a significant difference in user satisfaction with ERP regard to numbers of modules in ERP. Research shows that end users in participated companies are relatively satisfied with their ERP solutions and consider them useful for business, but improvements are still possible.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. The DEA method that is based on Input-oriented Constant Return to Scale (CRS) model is considered. The objectives of this research were to analyze existing methods used for the evaluation of MNOs' performance and explored DEA which is a non-parametric method that relies on a linear programming technique for optimization. The aim is to evaluate the technical efficiency (TE) of each network operator and consequently determine their ranking. The result obtained shows the distributions of MNOs that are technically efficient and those that are technically inefficient. Also, the ranking according to their relative efficiency was presented. The findings, which are based on the CRS model show that among the four Nigerian major MNOs examined (MTN, 9mobile, Glo, and Airtel), 9mobile ranked the highest efficient mobile operator followed by the MTN, then GLO while Airtel has the lowest rank.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. The data were collected through surveys distributed randomly to 404 social media users in Albania during April 2020. PLS-SEM was used to analyze the relationships between Fashion Brand Attachment (FBA), Social Media Usage (SMU), Social Brand Engagement (SBE), and Purchase Intentions (PI). SMU integrated the social media activity during the coronavirus pandemic, motives, and frequency use of various platforms. The overall model revealed a positive impact of FBA in SBE and PI, indicating that customers with a stronger attachment to fashion brands show a higher commitment to purchase and recommend them to others. The results highlighted that SMU does not contribute directly to generate committed buyers, but moderates the FBA-SBE relationship, indicating an indirect influence on the intentions to purchase fashion brands.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. Additionally, the study assesses the potential moderating effects of switching costs between mobile banking service quality and customer loyalty. The study found a strong direct effect between service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. The moderating effect of switching costs was found to be inconsequential to customer loyalty. The study demonstrates that financial institutions should focus on building and maintaining functional, secure mobile banking applications to enhance customer loyalty and retention.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. This study, conducted in a newly emerging country, looks at relationships among three major issues impacting brokerages’ Internet commerce: perceived value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. It also examines whether the strength of these relationships is moderated by factors constituting customers’ technology readiness - optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, and insecurity. Results reaffirm prior research that perceived value is positively related to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty; and customer satisfaction is positively related to customer loyalty. Technology readiness factors were not shown to moderate the strength of the relationships among perceived value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. The main feature of “FinTech” is \"digital proximity\", where the relationship between customers and banks changes from \"physical proximity\" to \"digital proximity\". Recognition of new digital technologies available to the financial industry and ultimately their implementation can lead to an increase of operational efficiency and business excellence. The objective of this work was (1) to study and explore the importance of digitalization and digital transformation and its impact on FinTech (2) to analyze and explore Fintech's innovation and novelty areas in the financial sector, (3) to ensure a review of the research literature in these field. However, there is still a lack of research that correlates fintech and the financial industry, which is evident from the review of the presented researched literature.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. The paper aims to investigate the use of available technology-enabled financial services and their role for financial inclusion in the current COVID 19 situation and the reaching rural and semi-urban India. The research is based on the in-depth analysis of the government policies and Fintech in the light of India's situation during COVID 19. The study reveals that the government showed the intent by opening a vast amount of banking accounts (411 million accounts) for financial inclusion in around six years. With radical changes in mobile subscribers and 4G, Internet, and Smartphone growth, India is close to achieving financial inclusion with full potential. However, significant change and development can be attained only if the government provides and motivates citizens to adopt the innovation services for financial inclusion.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. This study focuses on online sports lottery behavior and tries to propose a framework applied in a virtual environment. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model, four antecedes (subject norm, computer anxiety, computer self-efficacy, and personal innovativeness) are added to this framework. The subjects of this study, from whom 268 valid questionnaires were collected, were betting members of sports lottery venders in the Taichung district. Findings show that subject norm is a good antecede in this framework, but computer anxiety does not reach statistical significance for explanation in this study. Both computer self-efficacy and personal innovativeness positively influence perceived usefulness. The results demonstrate the value of the expanded TAM and use of the expanded model indicates a high degree of acceptance for online betting systems among sports lottery consumers. The TAM expansion proved relevant in gathering applied information on the behavior of sports lottery consumers.","PeriodicalId":400317,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. E Serv. Mob. This research proposed a conceptual model aimed to test the attitude towards online food ordering app. Relationships among constructs were tested on the basis of 514 surveys collected in India and analyzed with the structural equation modeling approach of partial least squares path modeling. Findings established the positive relationship between effort expectancy (EF), performance expectancy (PE), perceived social norms (PSN), perceived complexity (PCL), perceived compatibility (PCT), perceived relative advantage (PRA), perceived risk (PR) and Attitude towards online food ordering app (ATT). In addition, TB plays a significant moderating role in the relation between PE, PCL, PCT, PR, and ATT.
