The studied equations include higher derivatives of the velocities of all components, unlike the Navier — Stokes equations, where viscosity is a scalar variable. Viscosity forms a matrix of elements responsible for viscous friction due to the composite structure of viscous stress tensors for the multicomponent case. Diagonal elements of the matrix stand for viscous friction within each component, and off-diagonal elements stand for friction between components. Such complication does not allow the automatic extension of the known results for the Navier — Stokes equations to the multicomponent case. Thus, for the diagonal matrix, the equations would be linked only through the lower terms. The paper considers a more complex case of an off-diagonal viscosity matrix. The interest in the study is explained by the processes occurring in the liquid surface layer and their subsequent impact on layer crystallization. They will further affect various physical and geometric characteristics of the material surface as a whole. The presented model helps observe the imperfections of the structure caused by the appearance of pores on the surface layers of the metal. The computational cell temperature in the designed model is distributed according to the solution of the linear problem of heat conduction. The model allows for revealing a surface layer continuity violation when the excess free volume localizes in the form of a group of spherical pores. The dimensions of such imperfections, as well as the duration of their existence, differ when modeling different laser radiation energy densities. Further research reveals the conditions for the pores to remain stable throughout the entire simulation time, as well as the relationship between the crystallographic orientation of the “solid-liquid” interphase boundary and the sizes of the formed pores” interphase boundary and the sizes of the pores formed. The dependences of the C2-grade lead surface microhardnesses on the exposure times in a magnetic field are obtained, thus reflecting the influence of the magnetic field on the plastic characteristics of lead. The exposure time at which the maximum effect on microhardness occurs is revealed. Additional microhardness tests are carried out for cases with magnetic fields with inductions of up to 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5 T and exposure times of 0.25, 0.5, and 1 hour. Following the obtained microhardness data, the plasticity parameters of lead samples in their initial state and after exposure are calculated. The dependences of the plasticity parameters on the exposure times are shown. The behavior of the plasticity parameter of lead samples during their exposure to external magnetic field with induction up to 0.5 T is revealed. The goal of the experiment is to identify the performance features of the control system inside an unmanned aerial system (UAS) when using the swarm control method of a decentralized UAS control strategy. The considered flight performance characteristics of a single UAV provide an opportunity to analyze the operation feasibility of the presented UAS to solve other kinds of problems. The results of the presented experiment enable the development of a set of recommendations for further research directions. Also, they provide future UAV operators with better and faster achievement of practical goals during the practical operation of UAS in various conditions. According to the classification results, there are four Lie algebras that are semidirect products of the Lie algebras so(3), sl(2, R) and three soluble Lie algebras A3.1=R3, A3.3 and A3.5. We show that only g=A3.5⋉sl(2, R) has a symplectic structure, and it admits a para-Kahlerian structure of zero Ricci curvature. The paper presents calculated curvature characteristics and the method to find other para-Kahler structures based on deformations of some initial para-Kahler structure. Other Lie algebras admit para-Hermitian structures, i.e. integrable paracomplex structures consistent with the natural non-degenerate 2-form. It follows from the results of the paper that the sixdimensional symplectic Lie algebra must be solvable except for one case when g=A3.5⋉sl(2, R). Metric connections with vector torsion, or semisymmetric connections, were first studied by E. Cartan on (pseudo) Riemannian manifolds. Later, K. Yano and I. Agricola studied tensor fields and geodesic lines of such connections, while P.N. Klepikov, E.D. Rodionov, and O.P. Khromova considered the Einstein equation of semisymmetric connections on three-dimensional locally homogeneous (pseudo) Riemannian manifolds. In the previous paper, the authors studied invariant Ricci solitons with a semisymmetric connection. They are an important subclass of the class of homogeneous Ricci solitons. We obtained the classification of invariant Ricci solitons on three-dimensional Lie groups with a left-invariant Riemannian metric and a semisymmetric connection different from the Levi-Civita connection. Also, the existence of invariant Ricci solitons with a non-conformal Killing vector field was proved for the such case. Moreover, a part of the proofs was obtained using the analytical calculation software packages. In this paper, we investigate invariant Ricci solitons on three-dimensional nonunimodular Lie groups with a left-invariant Riemannian metric and a semisymmet-ric connection. This work considers the problem of fluid equilibrium stability in a horizontal fluid layer heated from below or from above. Also, equations of thermal gravitational convection for all three models are derived. Three types of boundary conditions are considered: two solid boundaries; the lower solid boundary and the upper free boundary; two free boundaries (the Rayleigh problem). For the case of heating from below, the principle of perturbation monotonicity is established that ensures the spectral problem eigenvalues to be of real type. This greatly simplifies the determination of the critical Rayleigh numbers. It turned out that these numbers coincide with the critical Rayleigh numbers in the classical Rayleigh — Benard problem. In the case of heating from above at large temperature gradients, the perturbation decrements become complex, but their real parts are negative. The conclusion that the relaxation properties of a second grade fluid and an aqueous solution of polymers do not lead to a change in the critical Rayleigh number may seem strange at first glance. Non-equiatomic high-entropy Fe-Co-Cr-Ni-Mn and Fe-Co-Cr-Ni-Al alloy coatings were applied to the 5083 alloy substrate using wire arc additive manufacturing and the cold metal transfer process. The structure, elemental composition, mechanical and tribological properties of coating / substrate systems were analyzed using modern methods of materials physics. The deposition of FeCoCrNiMn and FeCoNiCrAl HEA coatings on the surface of 5083 alloy was accompanied by the formation of gradients of elemental composition and mechanical properties. A transition layer with a thickness up to 450 μm was formed at the coating / substrate interface located at the coating-substrate boundary. The elemental composition gradient of the transition layer was studied, and a high level of chemical homogeneity of the coating was revealed. Alloying of the coating with substrate elements was observed. The disintegration of Yugoslavia has laid the foundation for many of the processes taking place in the Balkan peninsula to this day. For the Bosnian side, the key factor influencing the outcome of the conflict was the intervention of external actors. Turkey has become one of Bosnia’s most active allies at this stage. This was due to many factors, including religious and cultural affinity, historical connections and geopolitical interests of Turkey in the Balkans, and the long-standing personal ties of political leaders. Moreover, the fact of the emergence of an Islamic state in Europe and, secondly, the attempt to adapt Turkey to the post-bipolar format of the world order seem to be the most important factors in Turkey’s Bosnian policy. This work is devoted to a brief but busy period of cooperation between Turkey and Bosnia and Herzegovina during the Bosnian War, during which the Bosniacs sought the status of an independent state. The subject of the study was the foreign policy contacts between Turkey and Bosnia (the official name at the period of war — the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina) aimed at settling the conflict. The various initiatives of the Turkish side at the level of the OIC, the United Nations, or in the framework of bilateral negotiations with different countries (USA, Russia, Croatia, etc.) are clear examples of such cooperation. The work is aimed at restoring the list of settlements (constituent parts of the BSG parishes), as well as at constructing parish boundaries using a GIS model and also analyzing the dynamics of the number and composition of settlements (constituent parts of parishes). It is concluded that there were several types of parishes in the BSG (formed in 1750): at factories (7), at mines (1), rural (13), at military fortifications (3), urban (6). Parishes at military fortifications appear among the very first, some of them were formed before the formation of the BSG. Factory parishes and communities at the mines were formed by the end of the 1760s. The chronology of the rural parish’s formation is the widest — starting from the first half of the 18 century and up to the 1780s. The process of the parish’s emergence was largely due to the policy of developing the metallurgical industry in the region, as well as active colonization. According to the data for 1755, there were 242 settlements in the BSG, for 1780 — 385, for 1800 — 619, for 1820 — 780, for 1829 — 545. The number of parishes was also not stable — the network was finally formed by 1787 in the number of 23 communities. Only in 1829 their composition was reduced to 16. At the initial stage of the BSG work, there were also parishes within the boundaries of only one locality.
