They attracted the attention of travelers, researchers, local historians, ethnographers, art historians. The costume of the Ural Mari was repeatedly described by researchers of the 18th-19th centuries, and in the 20th-21st centuries it was the object of study of both Russian and Finnish ethnographers of different generations. The earliest evidences about the costume of the Ural Mari left by P.S. Pallas. In the 19th century the clothing of Mari people of Krasnoufimsky uyezd was described by G. Gorodskoy (V.N. Shishonko), S. Som-mier, D.P. Nikolsky. In the twentieth century the costume of this group of Mari ethnos was studied by T.E. Evseviev, S.N. Shitova, T.L. Molotova, as well as by A.O. Heikel and I. Lehtinen. In the 20th centure only one article devoted to the clothing of the Krasnoufim Mari people was published, and in the 21st century a number of richly illustrated articles and editions were published, the chapters of which were devoted to the costume of the Ural Mari people. Some of them are based on the materials collected in the Krasnoufim District of the Sverdlovsk Region. Three main bodies of sources on the topic were grouped by the researchers of the 18th-21st centuries: texts; collections of clothing items; photo-documents. {"title":"Late Antique Rhetoric and the Rhetorical School in R. Cribiore's Research","authors":"I.V. Denisova","doi":"10.14258/izvasu(2023)5-08","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14258/izvasu(2023)5-08","url":null,"abstract":"The article discusses the scientific biography and the main directions of research of the American antiquarian and classical philologist Raffaella Cribiore, one of the world's leading specialists in the study of Late Antique rhetoric and school as the most important link in the cultural continuum between Antiquity and the Middle Ages. Among the personalities of most interest to the scholar is Libanius, the Antiochian rhetorician, the greatest representative of the Third Sophistic. Quite a few works by Libanius have been preserved, most of this corpus is still awaiting translation. The researcher's interests were territorially localized in Egypt. The third leading theme of Cribiore's narrative is gender (female epistolography of Late Antiquity). One of the leading directions in Cribiore's research is the study of the history of education and the higher rhetorical school, rhetoric and sophistry of Late Antiquity, especially 4th century Antioch, and rhetoric as a cultural phenomenon. It was possible to establish that R. Cribiore's particularly detailed study of Late Antique sophistry and epistolography, which was not only an academic discipline and a necessary skill, but also an important aspect of academic and, more importantly, social career in Late Antiquity. The analysis of the content and comparative comparison of the works of modern studies within the framework of the designated problems allows us to assert that R. {"title":"Formation of the Tuva People's Revolutionary Party in the Initial Period of the TPR","authors":"O.P. The work applied historical-genetic, historical-systemic methods to study the history of the formation of the TPR and the TPRP, historical-comparative and historical-typological methods to analyze the activities of the TPRP in different years. \u0000As a result of the study the archival materials of the National Archive of the Republic of Tuva (NA RT) (fond 1), The Russian State Archive of SocioPolitical History (RGASPI) (Fond 495) were introduced into scientific circulation, which testify that the comprehensive assistance and leadership role of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks (b) allowed the TPRP to play a special role in strengthening the Tuvan State. {"title":"The Impact of Geometrical Parameters on Two-Layer Flow Patterns with Evaporation in an Inclined Channel","authors":"E.E. The thermocapillary boundary condition is assumed to be non-deformable. Mathematical modeling of two-layer flows in an infinite channel with solid impermeable walls is based on the exact solutions of a special form of differential convective equations. The effects of thermal diffusion and diffusive thermal conductivity are considered in the upper layer of the system. The vapor in the gas is assumed to be an admixture that does not affect the properties of the gas. The flow is studied when the vapor concentration function meets the condition of zero flux on the upper wall of the channel. The influence of the layer thicknesses on the flow topology is studied using the exemplary “benzine — air” system. The author’s programming code helps produce the data set for plotting the profiles of longitudinal velocity and concentration distributions of temperature and vapor for layers with different thicknesses. At the same time, all the other parameters of the system remain fixed. The results presented in the paper are obtained for the case when the closure condition for liquid flow is fulfilled, and at a given value of the gas flow rate. The compact LR1 spectrometer for spectral diagnostics of particle temperature of two-phase flow is an integral part of the complex, as well as the calibration tool with the reference emitter. Additionally, a special emitter consisting of miniature light bulbs attached closely to each other was used in test experiments. This special emitter served as a simulation model of particle thermal radiation of gas-thermal flow used for spraying of functional coatings on technical products. The program-controlled adjustment of current flow through bulbs interconnected in different configurations yields a variety of simulated test histograms of the temperature distribution of the bulbs that correspond to actual particle temperature distribution histograms. It is found that the formed material is represented by directionally growing dendrites and does not contain any defects. The temperature gradient value and its dependence on the height of the additively formed product are estimated using the change in the primary dendrite arm spacing. On this basis, it is concluded that the temperature gradient values achieved during the additional formation process correspond to the modern methods of directional solidification. The features of the electron-beam additive process that affect the heat removal conditions and cause changes in the temperature gradient are shown. It is found that changes in these conditions do not significantly affect the size and morphology of the intermetallic γ'-phase. Kirillov","doi":"10.14258/izvasu(2023)4-02","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14258/izvasu(2023)4-02","url":null,"abstract":"Field studies conducted in spring (March 26 — April 9, 2022) and summer (June 5-16, 2022) in the Ob River mouth region at the three hydromorphological stations „Kazym-Mys“, „Azovy“, and „Salemal“ (YaNAO) to obtain new data on the hydrooptical characteristics of water in the Lower Ob river. Also, the trophic status and ecological state of the Lower Ob river region were assessed. The greatly varying light attenuation coefficient ε(λ) was calculated at the four characteristic wavelengths of 430, 450, 550, and 670 nm, respectively. It ranges from 9.3 m-1 to 22.1 m-1 during the winter low water (freeze-up) period and from 7.3 m-1 to 33.0 m-1 during the open water (high water) period. The calculated relative spectral contributions of major optically active components of water (pure water, suspension, yellow substance, chlorophyll) to ε(λ) suggest that suspension and yellow substance make up the maximal contribution at different horizons. Additionally, the calculated coefficient of light absorption by yellow substance кys(λ) varies within the ranges from 5.5 m-1 to 9.9 m-1 (spring) and from 3.1 m-1 to 17.0 m-1 (summer), respectively. The relative transparency was measured using the Secchi disc. The concentrations of yellow substance and major photosynthetic pigments — chlorophylls a, b, c, and carotenoids — were estimated alongside. Combined with analytical transformation software algorithms, the generalized Catalan numbers simplify the solution of many problems in computer science and applied mathematics. In particular, they turn out to be an effective tool for solving problems related to the registration of random-dot images, in signal transformations of various degrees of smoothness, and when developing speed-optimal algorithms for searching for pulsed-point objects with a random generation time of super short pulses. The proposal of the authors to formulate the problems of enumerative combinatorics in a word-symbolic form naturally leads to multidimensional extensions of the classical Catalan numbers and has several advantages. Gromkov","doi":"10.14258/izvasu(2023)4-06","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14258/izvasu(2023)4-06","url":null,"abstract":"In the presented studies, a description of the losses related to relaxation processes in idealized three- and four-axis ferromagnets, as well as ferrites, is considered for the case of a linear response (small perturbations) on the basis of a macroscopic approach. The description takes into account reversible 90° displacements of domain walls (DW) of concentrations (с), ways of DW pinning by linear defects, and processes of DW displacements and rotations of the spontaneous magnetization vector I⃗s, caused by a longitudinal elastic stress wave σ. As a result, the anisotropy of amplitude-independent losses emerges due to displacement processes. Frequency dependence of losses is obtained with consideration of the magnetic symmetry of the crystal, its magnetostructural parameters, and the concentration of magnetic phases ci. The paper also describes the internal frictionn Q-1, the absorption coefficient a, the velocity of propagation of elastic vibrations v and the Δ (1/E)-effect, thus allowing to reveal the texture in the distribution of DWs by their types. It is shown that if the relaxation times of rotation processes τ = β / 2K1 and displacement processes τc = βс / mω20 are the same, then the maxima of the dependence of internal friction on frequency Qc-1(ω) and QB-1(ω) superimpose on each other. The revealed features of magneto-elastic energy dissipation are of interest for laboratory studies and have promising applications in practice for determining the orientation of crystals, describing the texture, and calculating the differential ΔЕ-effect in magnets. Granular matter is one of the most common in nature, and its study has received much attention in recent decades. On the one hand, such a matter behaves like a fluid and has the ability to take the form of its container and to leak away. On the other hand, its behavior is similar to a solid. This work assumes the Leidenfrost state as an initial state with granular matter resembling a fluid heated up from below. The goal is to establish the theorem on the local solvability of the initial-boundary value problem for the one-dimensional motion of a granular medium with consideration to vibrations and scopes of the hydrodynamical approach. The introduction gives brief overviews of the problem and related studies. The Section 1 discusses the one-dimensional isothermal problem for the motion of a granular matter, which is treated like a continuous medium, within the scopes of the hydrodynamical model. The original set of equations is rearranged, and the theorem on the existence of a generalized solution is established.
