The role of Zhangir-khan in strengthening ethno-political union of two peoples is described. Expansion of Jungar Khanate to the territory of traditional nomadic areas of the Kazakh and Kyrgyz peoples in the 17th century is described in detail, since these events began to occupy an important place both in foreign policy of the Kazakh rulers and in the political situation in the whole Central Asia. Pushkin, first of all, in the poem \"To the Slanderers of Russia\", as well as in personal correspondence and notes from the period of the Polish insurrection of 1830-1831. An overview of the prehistory and prerequisites for the insurrection is given, the historical context is shown, which determined the formation of the poet's views on the \"Polish question\". Pushkin's worldview was influenced by the \"History of the Russian State\" by N.M. Karamzin and, in particular, the story about the occupation of Moscow by Polish troops in 1610-1612. In addition, the poet, like his contemporaries, retained direct impressions of the Patriotic War of 1812, in which the Poles participated on the side of Napoleon. The ode to \"Slanderers of Russia\" was Pushkin's answer to members of the French Parliament, who raised the issue of supporting the Poles. For the French liberals, the events in Poland were of international significance and were characterized as the struggle of one of the emerging European nations for rights and freedoms. For Pushkin, the Polish rebellion was exclusively an internal affair of Russia, an encroachment on its integrity. The history of the mansion in the suburb of Vladivostok was not previously the subject of local historians. The article also raises the question concerning the importance of preserving the cultural and historical heritage. The author provides a literary and historical sketch about the history of the house, reflecting the history of the twentieth century with its wars and social cataclysms. The people, whose shelter was the mansion at Sanatornaya Station, were involved in many \"Great Upheavals\" that changed the world and Russia. They became symbols of cultural and political life in the last century. The house was built by the seaside oligarch Boris Briner and was used as a dacha. The mansion remembers the mischievous boy Yulia (Yula), grandson of the founder of the Briner dynasty who became a favorite of the postwar cinema audience, the world-famous actor Yul Brynner, the American Robin Hood from the famous western \"The Magnificent Seven\". In the 1930s the NKVD (Narodnyy Komissariat Vnutrennikh Del or People's Commisariat for Internal Affairs) turned the house into a special school for training world revolutionary fighters. In 1942, a young Korean guerrilla, Kim Song-joo, mastered the subtleties of sabotage and intelligence activities in this \"training institution\". In 1946 he became known to the world as Kim Il-sung, the leader of North Korea. On the basis of written sources, including epigraphic ones, changes in the nature of the military service of the equites, stages in the development of the imperial policy regarding militiae equestres, specific innovations in the system of the military career of representatives of the equestrian ordo, which took place mainly in the 1st-2nd centuries BC, are traced. The conditionality of the process of stage-by-stage formation of an equestrian military career is argued by the tasks of strengthening the imperial power, which had a tendency to bureaucratization already at the stage of the Principate. The article analyzes the content-contradictory measures of the imperial power to involve equites in state affairs, in particular, in the performance of command duties and, as a continuation of the latter, in the administration of administrative functions. The chemical composition is determined by the infrared spectroscopy using the absorption spectrum within the range of 5000500 cm-1 with a resolution of 4 cm-1 and the number of scans of 32 of the main heat-shrinkable component of the textile fabric. Based on the obtained dependence, it is concluded that the main heat-shrinkable component is polyolefin monofilament. Polyolefin monofilament must be modified to have a shape memory effect in order to acquire the ability to shrink. Its microhardness is calculated to identify suitable operating conditions of materials made from such filaments. Microhardness allows you to choose the maximum load on the material. Previously, microhardness was determined only for compressed polyolefin samples. Rodionov, it is shown that description of internal friction of magnetic materials in various magnetoelastic states subjected to alternating elastic fields should consider not only the magnetic component but also the non-magnetic component along with its changes in the presence of the magnetic field. \u0000The magnetic component of internal friction is associated with the movement of domain boundaries (DG) (hysteresis attenuation (amplitude-dependent — irreversible displacements of DG)) and amplitude-independent (reversible displacements of DG without separation from the fixing points) with reversible and irreversible rotations of spontaneous magnetization vectors. \u0000The non-magnetic component is determined by several components, all of which can dominate over a particular region of frequencies, temperatures, external influences, and initial structural states of the system under study. This model is a generalization of the classical Musket-Leverett model, in which porosity is considered to be a given function of the spatial coordinate. The model under study is based on the mass conservation equations for liquids and the porous skeleton, Darcy's law for liquids, which takes into account the movement of the porous skeleton, the Laplace formula for capillary pressure, the Maxwell-type rheological equation for porosity, and the \"system as a whole\" equilibrium condition. In the thin layer approximation, the original problem is reduced to the successive determination of the porosity of the solid skeleton and its velocity. Then an elliptic-parabolic system is derived for the “reduced pressure” and saturation of the wetting phase. Its solution is understood in a generalized sense due to the degeneration on the solution of the equations of the system. This question has been most studied in the homogeneous Riemannian case. In this direction, the most famous ones are the results of works by D.V. Alekseevsky, M. Wang, V. Ziller, G. Jensen, H.Laure, Y.G. Nikonorov, E.D. Rodionov and other mathematicians. At the same time, the question of studying Einstein manifolds has been little studied for the case of an arbitrary metric connection. This is primarily due to the fact that the Ricci tensor of metric connection is not, generally speaking, symmetric. \u0000In this paper, we consider semisymmetric connections on 3-dimensional Lie groups with a left-invariant Riemannian metric. For the symmetric part of the Ricci tensor, the Einstein equation is studied. As a result of the research carried out, a classification of 3-dimensional metric Lie groups and the corresponding semisymmetric connections in the case of the Einstein symmetric equation has been obtained. \u0000Earlier in the works of P.N. Klepikov, E.D. Rodionov and O.P. Khromova, the classical Einstein equation was studied, and it was proved that if the classical. \u0000The Einstein equation holds for a 3-dimensional Lie group with left-invariant (pseudo) Riemannian metric and semi-symmetric connection. This technology has been widely used in the processing of aluminum, titanium and, in particular, copper alloys. Recent studies in the field of frictional mixing processing (FMA) of zinc-based copper alloys show that, depending on the technological parameters (speed of rotation and movement of the tool, load) and processing modes, a change in the microstructure and mechanical properties of the material is observed. However, the effect of a multipass FPO on the L63 brass alloy has not actually been studied. Therefore, in this work, we studied the effect of a four-pass FPO on the structure and mechanical properties of the L63 copper alloy. According to the analysis, it was revealed that the microstructure in the mixing zone is a region of equiaxed recrystallized grains with an average grain size of about 1.5-2 μm. Due to severe plastic deformations, a fine-grained structure is formed in the material, which causes the increase of microhardness in the mixing zone. The tensile strength of the material after one pass by the tool increases from 314 to 487 MPa, and after the fourth pass up to 497 MPa, no softening of the metal occurs. A description of the clustering quality index is given, which takes into account the characteristics of compactness and separability of clusters in two versions: the classical and the simplified silhouette index. It is noted that a laborious procedure of a complete enumeration of pairs of objects is required to evaluate the classical silhouette feature on big data. Further, a variation of this indicator — a simplified silhouette indicator — is proposed and found to be convenient for assessing cluster structures built on big data arrays. The sample indicator has been tested on model data, and several variants of cluster structures are built for the objects like identified clusters that are present in the set of mini-clusters. The centers of mini-clusters with consideration to their “weight” (the number of objects in mini-clusters was set as the weight) are chosen as objects when calculating intracluster and inter-cluster distances. The corresponding silhouette parameter is calculated.
