The study employed descriptive and ordinary least squares techniques. The descriptive analysis revealed that the diversification exercise in Nigeria can only be expressed as average. The regression estimate showed that monetary policy was insignificant in influencing export diversification in Nigeria. The study concluded that monetary policy has not played a fundamental role in enhancing export diversification in Nigeria. The study recommended that monetary policy should be purpose driven towards the achievement of export diversification. This can be achieved by employing selective-sectoral monetary policy measures in accelerating investment in various non-oil sectors of the economy such as the mining, manufacturing and tourism sectors.","PeriodicalId":399236,"journal":{"name":"Valahian Journal of Economic Studies","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128160582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is necessary to provide them with information, in order to offer discounts, deals and new products and services, in order to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Thus, in our article we intend to analyze the clients’ typology, to analyze the process of communication and relationship with them in order to determine their value. At the same time, we aim to present the importance of certain models used by specialists in order to attract, retain and develop these relationships with current and prospective clients.","PeriodicalId":399236,"journal":{"name":"Valahian Journal of Economic Studies","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127249290","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Lack of knowledge of the risks that may affect the achievement of public entity objectives, of causality factors, and of action measures to materialize them may lead to negative consequences for the entire economic activity. In this context, identifying and assessing risks (probability of occurrence and impact on activity) are mandatory and determinant actions in the process of knowing the mechanism of action of each risk and implementing appropriate protection strategies. Based on the documentary research, fieldwork and applicable legislation, and empirical research conducted within a public entity, we have concluded that risk management within the public entity is a process that leads to improved performance and governance, even if it is an additional process to existing ones.","PeriodicalId":399236,"journal":{"name":"Valahian Journal of Economic Studies","volume":"272 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115664200","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this research we have undergone an empirical research carried out in the hospital units of category III and IV, from Alba County, this sample selection aims to identify an optimal solution to exercise management control which should serve to management decisionmaking. Responsibility centers, at the level of hospital unit, establish the liability for each segment of expenditure, expenditure tracking and proper grounding even their places of training, delimitation expenditure which does not strictly dependent on the production activities that are related strictly by the process; establishing the deviations of preset expenses levels; establishing a system of rules allowing highlighting the responsibilities of each performer, introducing a system of resource allocation and tracking of the use of their by developing specific cost budget for each responsibility center. The impact of European countries has been and continues to be an alarmingly severe, the crisis affecting banks in a series of similar ways to the impact it had on American banks.
