The paper aims to analyze the use of digitization at the level of supreme audit institutions, the transition to artificial intelligence, as well as its impact on performance management, both in terms of performance at the level of these institutions and in terms of the public sector, in its whole. First, we extracted from the literature the various factors that contribute to the success of this funding process and those that hinder it. We specified the influence of these factors in the Algerian context. In the second step, we surveyed a group of persons that follow a double-skill management degree in entrepreneurship and project management to know their opinion about crowdfunding. The results show that the surveyed were significantly unaware of crowdfunding, i.e., 64% of our sample with a p-value >0.05 (p = 0.151); as for their view of the current failure of crowdfunding, 51.5% feel that it is due to a lack of information. 29.7% think is due to a lack of trust. 8.9% think there are few investors; others put it down to a lack of ideas, i.e., 7.9% of those questioned, and 2% think it is for other reasons. 58% of the subjects see themselves as project holders, only 8.9% are ready to be funders, and 3.26% think they could be both. The results clearly show a statistical bias towards being more of a project holder than a funder (with a p-value of 0.48). As an organization that wants to be permanently connected to the realities of the socio-economic context and able to offer quality education, the school must perceive change as a catalyst for its mission. The process of change engages all members of the school organization, so the way they understand the whole process (the need, the evolution, the desired results and the implications that exceed the organizational environment) is decisive for success, therefore for the evolution of the school and - in an extended plan - for the evolution the educational system. Starting from these premises, we conducted research to highlight the impact changes have on the quality of education. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the general panorama of teleworking research worldwide by analyzing articles and papers published in trustful publishers such as the Web of Knowledge database and statistical data published by international agencies. We will identify the poles for teleworking research, such as countries, authors, and institutions and correlate them through descriptive statistics. We conclude that before the COVID-19 pandemic, teleworking could have been more well-analyzed because only a tiny fraction of the workforce was occasionally working from home. From March 2020, as the infections swept the globe, many countries instructed employers to close their operations, and therefore a new era began. The study uses a wide range of bibliometric indicators provided by WOS, which analyzes the main articles, authors, and institutions. This project was born out of necessity. Thus, to keep the processes under control and contribute to their improvement, they must be monitored, measured and analyzed regularly. As long as the main process indicators are monitored, the need to take corrective or improvement actions (whether reorganization or additional investment is needed) can be detected in time so that the company’s performance does not decrease to the level where the customer is no longer satisfied of the quality of the delivered products or too high non-quality costs appear that will no longer allow the achievement of the established objectives (Besterfield, D. H. et al., 2011). The program is presented in detail, starting with the introduction of collected data, the processing and generation of indicator graphs. The indicators have high accuracy and greatly help in making decisions. Finally, an improvement in production can be observed following the use of this software (Bourne, M., & Bourne, P., 2012). The purpose of our study is to create a stochastic mathematical model. Starting from a specific condition in SMEs from Romania, this study presents possibilities of innovation in operational structures specialized in quality monitoring, traceability and statistical control based on integrated modules in general software. The innovation process is based on data collected and monitored in real-time from the manufacturing process in conditions where the system ensures quality compliance at all stages of production. Through its modern functionalities, blockages are eliminated, waste of time is avoided, materials and money are saved, and it strengthens the business partnerships and the company’s position in the market. Results regarding particular implementations are preserved.
