The composite materials are based on epoxy resin with multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) of various diameters. Coatings containing MWCNT have higher reflection and absorption coefficients. It is shown that the most typical case is calculation of the inverse DC-link voltage for the correction of the inverter control signals due to DC-link voltage deviations. The benchmark of the division operation shows that it takes approximately 30 or more CPU cycles to perform division on fixed- or floating-point microcontrollers. Also programmer should use right math libraries to achieve good results. At last it is suggested to use Newton-Raphson equation for inverse DC-link voltage calculation. The problem is important due to the necessity of upgrade of existing power supply systems and power efficiency improvement. In spite of this the integration of the small-scale and medium-scale energy sources looks promising.The methods of power flow computation for an industrial plant's distribution network with generators have been compared. It is drawn that the Gauss-Seidel method performs best for this application.The efficiency of the evolutionary algorithm for the solution of the power system with local energy sources optimization problem is shown.The curves of industrial plant's distribution network power losses versus generator's parameters are provided.The objective function of the given optimization problem and the constraints for normal operation of the power system have been carried out.The algorithm for the design of optimal structure and parameters of an industrial plant's power system with distributed generation has been proposed. The model of plasma-chemical kinetics contained 28 gas-phase reactions including the components F, F<sub>2</sub>, CF<sub>2</sub>, CF<sub>3</sub>, CF<sub>4</sub>, C<sub>2</sub>F<sub>6</sub>, H, H<sub>2</sub>, HF, CHF<sub>3</sub>, CH<sub>2</sub>F<sub>2</sub>. In the etching process a most part of fluorine goes on formation of component HF, that essentially reduces the etching rate of silicon. In this paper magnetic fluxes and calculation of losses in three- phase distribution transformer with amorphous core have been studied. The computer-based simulation utilizing the two dimensional finite element methods (2-D FEM) as a tool for visualizing the magnetic flux and calculation of losses in amorphous core transformers. Formal methods being used allow you to develop distributed applications for data processing which correspond to a chosen paradigm. The paradigm means the concept being chosen for software solutions, for example, the principle of organization of communication between processes, the method of naming and synchronization of processes, the approach to the distribution of the objects and coordination of their functioning. The surface roughness of the molybdenum and aluminum thin-film layers are investigated. In this paper, we show a principle of the device operation, analyze the normative documentation, and propose requirements to the device, both metrological and technical. The inspection methods, which allow to ensure the compliance with the safety requirements of low voltage equipment, have been specified.
