摘要

本文提出了一种利用电路方法提高运算放大器高速响应的新型结构。这是由于特殊的非线性校正电路和扩展了OA的输入差分级(DS)的有效工作范围。在DS源公共电路的静态电流为10 μA时,OA的最大摆压率提高了20倍以上,达到10 V/μS(工艺技术XFab XB06)。
