Menurut Asosiasi Telekomunikasi Seluler Indonesia (ATSI) jumlah SMS yang terkirim pada tahun 2011 mencapai 260 miliar SMS. Dengan banyak penggunanya, banyak penyalahgunaan dari SMS. Penyalahgunaan SMS ini sering disebut Spam SMS. Menurut pengertian Spam SMS adalah pesan yang tidak berguna bahkan dapat merugikan. Untuk itu perlu adanya penyaringan Spam SMS, sebelum penyaringan perlu ada dataset dengan jumlah yang besar terutama dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan dataset spam SMS berbahasa Indonesia. Dataset yang dikumpulkan terlebih dahulu disaring agar tidak ada duplikasi data. Setelah dataset dikumpulkan akan dianalisis kesamaan dokumen dan pengolahan yang cocok untuk menangani Spam SMS yang beredar. POLSUB menetapkan sekolah yang akan diadakan promosi berdasarkan banyaknya jumlah siswa pada sekolah tersebut, tanpa melihat faktor lain. Penelitian ini untuk menentukan sekolah yang menjadi target promosi menggunakan metode Fuzzy C Means (FCM) dengan menggunakan beberapa atribut atau parameter masukan diantaranya jumlah siswa yang melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi, nilai rata-rata ujian nasional, dan jarak antara kampus POLSUB dengan sekolah. Hasil perhitungan MPC didapat cluster yang paling optimal dengan nilai 0.9702 yaitu tiga cluster. Hasil clustering ini digunakan oleh panitia penerimaan mahasiswa baru dalam pengambilan keputusan sekolah yang akan diadakan promosi yaitu sekolah-sekolah yang berada pada cluster I dan hal ini merupakan strategi utama dalam mendapatkan mahasiswa yang unggul. Banyaknya jenis ikan dapat membuat rasa pempek semakin variatif dan potensial untuk dikembangkan. Penggunaan perbandingan tepung sagu dengan ikan yang berbeda akan menjadi alternatif dalam pembuatan pempek. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial dengan 2 perlakuan yaitu perbandingan tepung sagu dan ikan dan jenis ikan. Perlakuan perbandingan tepung sagu dan ikan yang digunakan adalah 1 : 1 (P1) dan 1:2 (P2). Jenis ikan yang digunakan adalah ikan nila (I1), ikan tenggiri (I2) dan ikan lele (I3). Analisa yang dilakukan uji organoleptik yang meliputi warna, rasa, aroma, tekstur dan kenampakan. Dari hasil uji organoleptik warna didapatkan bahwa perlakuan perbandingan tepung sagu dengan ikan 1 : 1 dan penggunaan ikan nila P1I1 sebesar 3,0. Hasil perhitungan skor uji organoleptik rasa menunjukkan bahwa skor tertinggi dari panelis yaitu pada perlakuan P1I1 dan P1I3 sebesar 2,40. Hasil perhitungan skor uji organoleptik aroma menunjukkan bahwa skor tertinggi dari panelis yaitu pada perlakuan P1I1 sebesar 2,90. Hasil perhitungan skor uji organoleptik tekstur menunjukkan bahwa skor tertinggi dari panelis yaitu pada perlakuan P2I3 sebesar 2,67. Pembuatan yogurt susu kambing dengan penambahan jeruk bali merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan diversifikasi pangan. Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui proses pembuatan yogurt susu kambing dengan penambahan jeruk bali dan mengetauhui hasil pengujian proksimat terhadap produk yang dibuat. Parameter yang diamati yaitu kadar air, kadar abu, kadar protein, kadar lemak, dan kadar karbohidrat. Penilitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dan studi pustaka. With the increasing interest of the Indonesian people towards Japanese, some institutions have some problems where as much as 61.4% stated lack of information on teaching materials and teaching methods and 41% stated lack of teaching materials. The author tries to create a game that teaches the letters Hiragana and Katakana through game media to create interactive media and facilitate the learning process. From the result of user acceptance test (UAT) got the result of 92,4% so it can be concluded that game hirakana heroes together kiky the kancil can add learning media and facilitate learning letters Hiragana and Katakana. The main activities and supporters are inseparable from the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment, that can help and facilitate work. Current use of ICT, according to Greenpeace, also plays a role in environmental damage. POLSUB as a new state university, wisely applying ICTs requires an IT strategic plan. Strengths-Weakness-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) and IT-Balance Scorecard (IT-BSC) methods are used to get a strategic plan for the creation of Green Computing in the daily activities of the campus environment. The results of the SWOT analysis obtained a total weight score of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) 2.72 representing average internal position and a total score of weight 2.68 External Factor Evaluation (EFE) representing a medium external position. Based on the results of the Threats-Opportunities-Weakness-Strengths (TOWS) matrix analysis obtained ten strategic proposals, which were then grouped into four IT-BSC perspectives. Para pelaku bisnis UMKM masih menemui kendala yang masih ada yaitu misalnya kesulitan dalam proses monitoring pembayaran transaksi, biaya akses internet yang masih cukup relative mahal dan waktu serta usaha lebih untuk memahami teknologi e-business untuk para pelaku bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap adopsi e-commerce oleh pelaku UMKM di Kota Subang dengan mengguakan pendekatan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). UTAUT merupakan model untuk menggambarkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat dalam menggunakan teknologi internet (e-commerce). Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 165 pelaku UMKM. Pengolahan data menggunakan SMART PLS. This research method uses literature review in the form of books, journals that discuss about topics related to the use of Google Forms as a medium in the manufacture of questionnaires for surveys and data collection, as well as related to the concept of Green Computing. While data collection methods used in field research by way of observation of the system running in the academic POLSUB. {"title":"PENGARUH LAMA PEMANGGANGAN DALAM OVEN TERHADAP pH DAN ORGANOLEPTIK STEAK DAGING SAPI","authors":"Rita Purwasih, Hasna Azzahra","doi":"10.31962/JIITR.V1I1.7","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31962/JIITR.V1I1.7","url":null,"abstract":"Steak is one of the processed meat and physical quality associated with the cooking process, the physical quality in question is texture, pH, and organoleptic.The purpose of this research is to know the effect of roasting in an oven on pH and organoleptic steak of beef that is flavor, aroma, texture, appearance and favorite level.The experimental design used in this study was completely Randomized Design (RAL), with the difference in the duration of roasting time of P1 for 3 minutes (rare); P2 time of overview 5 min (medium rare); P3 is 7 minutes (medium well) and P4 time of curing time is 10 minutes (well done) at 2000C. Parameters measured were pH, an organoleptic test which included taste, aroma, texture, appearance and favorite level with 45 semi-media panelists. The result of treatment of P1, P2, P3 and P4 on average pH of beef before and after roasting did not change, whereas for panelist organoleptic test most liked P4 with the mean of 4,02; aroma 3,98; texture 4.07; 3.93 appearances; and preferred level of 4.09. This research is long roasting using oven does not change the pH steak beef.
