Bone tissue biopsy specimens from 6 patients against the background of progressive ischemia were studied. In addition, the histostructure of bone tissue after revascularization with complete restoration of blood flow in 19 patients was studied.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Results: The analysis of bone tissue biopsy specimens showed that disruption of blood supply of the limb tissues for a long time leads to impaired matrix calcification, decreased cortex thickness, widening of osteon channels and sparse trabecular network in the bone structure. Such changes were the signs of bone resorption that was not clinically or radiologically apparent. Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-tests to measure pre- and post-intervention changes, while qualitative data was examined through thematic analysis to capture nuanced experiences and perceptions.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Results: Findings revealed significant improvements in emotional awareness, attentional focus, and stress reduction for both children and teachers. Children reported higher levels of emotional regulation and connection to their surroundings, while teachers experienced reduced stress and enhanced classroom dynamics. Cross-cultural comparisons indicated that nature-based mindfulness practices provided universal benefits, though participants from all countries Greece, Portugal and Cyprus.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Conclusions: Nature-based mindfulness interventions demonstrate promising outcomes in promoting emotional well-being, cognitive focus, and stress resilience for young children and adults. International law and national legislation of Poland and Germany were analyzed. Surveys were conducted among 1,180 respondents to identify the problem of long waiting times for receiving medical care in the specified countries.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Conclusions: Access to medical care for persons from Ukraine using temporary protection is significantly simplified. Polish and German national legislation is loyal to the beneficiaries of temporary protection. Despite the serious distinctions between different healthcare systems in Europe, this does not create significant obstacles for access to medicine. However, unfortunately, there are cases of bureaucracy and bureaucratic barriers in providing such access. The study was carried out during the period from January 1st, 2019 to December 31st, 2021.This study included adolescent girls and adult women from 15 Ukrainian regions.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Results: Among 15,458 patients, 4,397 (28.4%) endometriosis were observed. Of all endometriosis cases, 48.5% were peritoneal/superf i cial endometriosis (SPE), 34.6% were ovarian endometriotic cyst/endometrioma (OMA), and 16.9% were deep inf i ltrating endometriosis (DIE). The prevalence of the three types of endometriosis was: SPE, 13.8%; OMA, 9.8%; and DIE, 4.8%. The factors associated with an increased risk for endometriosis include age 23-32 years, parity (small number of births), age of fi rst sexual intercourse <20 years, history of healthcare-associated infection after gynecological surgery (pelvic abscess or cellulitis, salpingitis and oophoritis), history of infertility, early menarche (before the age of 11), dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, pelvic pain, intermenstrual bleeding, heavy uterine bleeding and dysmenorrhea, and heavy uterine bleeding.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Conclusions: Endometriosis is a common gynecological disease in Ukraine and the relative frequency of dif f erent types of endometriosis: the most common were ovarian and peritoneal endometriosis. Physicians' Career Satisfaction was measured and basic socio-demographic, economic and occupational data, concerning lifestyle and health, and also the level of life satisfaction according to the SWLS (Satisfaction with Life Scale) were collected. Moreover, the occurrence of anxiety and/or depressive symptoms according to the HADS (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale) were included in the analyses.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Results: The career satisfaction of the surveyed Silesian physicians and dentists was moderate. Wages and combining personal life with work were rated the lowest, while interpersonal opportunities were rated the highest. The predictors: age, economic status and body mass index (BMI) were significant; in addition, in younger age group (25-49 years) - practicing sports and chronic fatigue, and in older age group (50-80 years) - the presence of a chronic disease. {"title":"Trends in the dynamics of morbidity and mortality from hypertension in the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2010 to 2019.","authors":"Yeldos Makhambetchin, Aigerim Yessembekova, Ardak Nurbakyttana, Aza Galayeva, Saparkul Arinova","doi":"10.36740/Merkur202401115","DOIUrl":"10.36740/Merkur202401115","url":null,"abstract":"<p><strong>Objective: </strong>Aim: The purpose of the research is to study trends in the dynamics of morbidity and mortality from arterial hypertension in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2019.</p><p><strong>Patients and methods: </strong>Materials and Methods: Due to the interdisciplinary nature of the study, a set of methods was used: analytical, graph-analytical, statistical, sociological, clinical and economic analysis, organizational experiment.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Results: The survey of 318 hypertension patients highlighted a common profile: hypertensive men aged 45-59, smokers, alcohol drinkers, urban dwellers, married with children, industrially employed, physically active at their country house, and facing stress. Gender differences showed 74.4% of hypertensive women were over 50, while a fifth of men were under 45, with higher risk factors in men: smoking (1.87), alcohol (2.53), occupational hazards (2.76), and harsh climates (2.54).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Conclusions: The analysis findings reveal noteworthy trends within the hypertension patient population in Kazakhstan. Allele specific PCR have been done in order to study SNP of TNF-alpha and IL-6 in both groups.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Result: The findings of the present investigation indicated that there was a signif i cant dif f erence in the frequency distribution of TNF-alpha 1031 T/C SNP according to genotype between patients and controls group p = 0.02. In addition, there is a high significant difference in the frequencies of distribution of alleles (T/C) between patients and control group p = 0.001. There was a signif i cant dif f erence in the frequency distribution of IL-6 174 G/C between patients and controls group p = 0.026. In addition, there is a signif i cant dif f erence in the frequencies of distribution of participants according to allele (G/C) between patients and control group p = 0.047. Teeth and jaws were examined macroscopically under bright light; dental changes were evaluated by probing. Dental radiographic examinations were performed using retroalveolar and panoramic X-ray films in adult individuals.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Results: The authors divide the dentoalveolar apparatus of fossil and subfossil skeletons into ten levels for further medical investigation of dental diseases. These levels depend on the preservation degree and changes in jaws and teeth.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Conclusions: The study of bone and tooth preservation, determination of skeletal sex, and age characteristics is a separate section and stage in reconstructing the physical type of individuals and the health status of a community. Studying the taphonomic features of odontologic anthropological material should be a mandatory prerequisite preceding its analysis in paleopathology. The condition of the dentoalveolar system can be classified into ten levels for paleopathological conclusions.
