The success of an organization depends on the employees’ efficiency, and to be productive, employees must be motivated. The study aimed to assess the intrinsic and extrinsic level of motivation among employees of Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas – Cagayan de Oro Branch. The study was conducted at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas- Cagayan de Oro Branch, specifically to employees assigned in the operations. The study utilized the descriptive survey method. Survey questionnaires were adopted from the study of Muhammad Shaoib (2014) “Impact of extrinsic motivation and intrinsic motivation in the progress of an organization.” The data were interpreted using SPSS. The results showed that overall, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas – Cagayan de Oro Branch Employees are highly motivated. The relationship between levels of motivation in terms of intrinsic motivation when respondents are grouped according to length of service was found to be significant. Employees who rendered longer tenure need more intrinsic reinforcement such as more advancement and development and others in order to perform well and feel motivated to work. Further study is needed to determine intrinsic reinforcements needed to motivate employees who have rendered longer tenure working in the office. It generally aimed to determine the ranking of the personal values on self-fulfillment, being well-respected, sense of accomplishment and sense of belongingness, and the level of job performance of the employees in both task and contextual. A descriptive research design was employed through the use of a researcher-made questionnaire which was administered to the 61 permanent LGU employees of Claveria, Misamis Oriental who had been in the Local Government service for 3 years up to the retirement age of 65 who were selected through purposive sampling. The study found out that the value of sense of accomplishment was not valuable among the employees and there were few areas on task and contextual performance that need improvement. Age, position, and religion had significant impact on the the Personal values of the employees as education to the job performance. The result of this study will be a great help to guide the administration of the Local Government of Claveria to find strategies that will integrate to the working environment of the employees the value of sense of accomplishment as well as to craft policies to attain exemplary job performance. Based on the plan, the municipality has limited equipment and man-power to fully implement the plan and to manage solid waste of its residents. The question lies as to how to improve the existing management plan that will not require a toll on budgetary aspects and make it implementable in the community level. This study intended to determine the solid waste management practices in Libona, Bukidnon. It aimed to look into the relationship of the general profile of the residents, along with the current solid waste management practices. The profile of the respondents was determined in terms of age, gender, length of stay, educational attainment, occupation, and monthly income. While the current solid waste management practices were in terms of generation, segregation, collection and disposal. Using the Pearson’s correlation test, the results showed that there is a significant relationship between age and segregation, occupation and collection, occupation and disposal, and income and disposal. The relationship between the presented factors should be considered to have a better understanding and an opportunity to evaluate and improve the existing solid waste management plan of the LGU. Over the last 15 years, the rate of new symptomatic clients has not reduced despite the efforts of the government through the Millennium Development Goals. As gathered from the field reports, Alubijid has an alarming number of notified cases of tuberculosis as of November 2016. Hence, this study was conducted. It aims to investigate the knowledge of Barangay Health Workers on TB-DOTS management as these health workers have proven to be effective partners in TB program development. 50 barangay health workers were selected using purposive sampling to participate in the study in Alubijid. A standardized questionnaire was used to conduct the research study. Then, the statistical techniques of frequency, percentage and Pearson’s Correlation were utilized to analyze the collected data and discussed based on relevant studies. Analyses of the results revealed that there is a significant relationship between educational attainment and the knowledge of Barangay Health Workers on TB-DOTS management. Apparently, majority of the respondents were knowledgeable about TB-DOTS management and used the national guidelines for TB management. However, the respondents were slightly knowledgeable in areas pertaining to the nature and mode of transmission of the disease. The purpose of this study was to assess the job-related stress of SSS CDO PC employees. There were 28 respondents out of 31 employees who responded to the survey. Descriptive statistics was used frequency distribution in determining the profile of respondents, and correlation for the relationship between the variables. Overall, the results showed that the respondents experience moderate amount of job-related stress in terms of work overload, time pressure and long hours. The relationship between stress levels in terms of work overload, time pressure and long hours when grouped according to status and stress levels in terms of long hours when grouped according to the educational qualification are found to be significant. The status of an employee can influence the levels of his stress in terms of work overload, time pressure and long hours and at the same time, his educational qualification can influence his stress levels in terms of long hours.
