By then, both management can determine appropriate actions to address the findings and basically to enhance and develop the performance of the security personnel. The researcher distributes a survey questionnaire to security personnel as respondents and used descriptive statistics to analyze their socio-demographic profile, frequency and percentage. Thus, result shows that majority of the participants were aged between thirty to forty years old, most of them are male and were married with two to four years length of service in the company. Majority also were secondary graduate and mostly were regular as to their employment status. The researcher analyzes job performance of respondents in terms of working condition which outcome shows that all participants did not experience harassment by clients as well from their supervisors. In terms of salary and wages, results display that all the respondents agreed that they were paid in standard minimum wage and for any overtime they work. In terms of working hours, majority of the respondents agreed that they have rest days and five days annual leave. For Trainings, all participants do have a security license, however few of them attended the required and regular enhancement trainings. As to level of their job satisfaction, majority were concluded that respondents were Satisfied. The level of job performance of respondents was also given Good Rating by the management of Del Monte Philippines. However, the results found that relationship between job performance and a) socio-demographic profile and b) work environment factors appears to be not significant. It is becoming more difficult for universities to enhance and maintain a competitive advantage in their target markets because of competition. This study was conducted to determine the impact of quality service and satisfaction on the performance provided by the non-academic offices to find out the areas that need improvement. The study made use of descriptive - correlational and causal research designs. The study focuses on the SERVQUAL model; reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy which are important to students. This study used a random sampling of students who were frequently availing of the services being studied. Research finds a moderate level of quality service and satisfaction while performance meets the expectation as perceived by the customers. Customer satisfaction has a great impact on the non-academic office’s performance. Positive perception about the quality of service leaves a positive image in the mind of students which finally leads them towards a higher level of satisfaction. The leadership styles adopted by the supervisors, rank-in-file employees demographic profile and its relationship on the morale and commitment of employees were evaluated and determined. The study used the purposive sampling technique in selecting 67 rank-in-file employees as respondents of this study. The demographic profile of the respondents was determined and arranged to identify frequency and percentage regarding gender, age and years of service. Pearson correlation was used to establish the relationship between demographic profile and rank-in-file employee commitment and morale. The researcher used a Two sample T-test in finding out the association between leadership style adopted by the supervisors and its influence on rank-in-file employee commitment and morale. The results of the study revealed that a significant relationship was evident between rank-in-file employee demographic on the number of years in service and their commitment to the company. On the other hand, only democratic leadership style exhibited statistically significant relation with rank-in-file employee commitment. The autocratic, democratic and free reign leadership styles exhibited statistically significant relation with rank-in-file employee morale. Results will aid Iligan Light and Power, Inc. management team in crafting company goals that take into account leadership style and year of service of rank-in-file employees. This is because not all people have the mentality of equality. With that in mind, this study aims to investigate the perceived or probable effects of gender discrimination on employees’ performance and productivity, within the Senior High School Offices of Liceo De Cagayan University, during the calendar year 2018 – 2019. Descriptive and Quantitative research designs were used. The study found that the majority of the faculty members were relatively young, single, female, and holders of Bachelor of Science degrees. The study also found that sexual harassment, salaries and compensation, and hiring, the participants disagreed that there was gender discrimination found in the workplace, while in terms of the perceived lack of opportunities for promotion, the participants believed that there was a general feeling that gender discrimination was present, if only subtle. Furthermore, the study established that the indicators for sexual harassment, salaries, and compensation, in the hiring process and the lack of opportunities for promotion do not often happen in the workplace of the participants. Furthermore, the study found that there is a significant relationship between Sexual Harassment and Monthly Income, and Compensation with age and educational attainment. This would suggest that although the participants have not voiced their opinion on the gender discrimination, especially in opportunities for promotion, middle and upper management should take this as a point of emphasis and something to build on as a structure for them to give attention to.
