The leadership styles adopted by the supervisors, rank-in-file employees demographic profile and its relationship on the morale and commitment of employees were evaluated and determined. The study used the purposive sampling technique in selecting 67 rank-in-file employees as respondents of this study. The demographic profile of the respondents was determined and arranged to identify frequency and percentage regarding gender, age and years of service. Pearson correlation was used to establish the relationship between demographic profile and rank-in-file employee commitment and morale. The researcher used a Two sample T-test in finding out the association between leadership style adopted by the supervisors and its influence on rank-in-file employee commitment and morale. The results of the study revealed that a significant relationship was evident between rank-in-file employee demographic on the number of years in service and their commitment to the company. On the other hand, only democratic leadership style exhibited statistically significant relation with rank-in-file employee commitment. The autocratic, democratic and free reign leadership styles exhibited statistically significant relation with rank-in-file employee morale. Results will aid Iligan Light and Power, Inc. management team in crafting company goals that take into account leadership style and year of service of rank-in-file employees.
