Art is viewed as a medium of their expression to perceive and facilitate the thought process. Emotionally healthy person can understand and cope with stress and adapt to change with the circumstances. The emotional balance enables an individual to identify the heart's desires, take affirmative actions, and make changes in life devoid of worries, stress, and lead life with vision, inspired action, and an inner state of creativity. Using purposive sampling method 60 incarcerated women were selected from prisons by obtaining permission from the concerned authorities. These women were the sole bread winners for their families, and their imprisonment orphaned their children and elderly parents who are dependent on them. The art form chose as an intervention for this study was Tanjore Painting and these paintings are known for their surface richness, vivid colours, compact composition and especially the glittering gold foils used to give the paintings their rich look. The art programme was conducted by arranging several sessions enabling them to learn and develop art form. How well or how prepared managers are able to invest in the concept of diversity will impact not only on work issues but also on sensitivity to customer’s needs, legal compliance, business’ ethical issues, profitability and even social cohesion.\u0000This paper attempts to analyse the effect of workforce diversity on employees’ performance from a sample of 75 employees in a pharmaceutical company in Chennai. The circuit consisting of an LDR sensor is used to detect the maximum intensity of light and accordingly the movement of the petals will take place in that direction. During the night time, when no light is detected the petals get closed. The vibration sensor is placed on the leaves to detect the heavy hailstorms and prevent the system from damage by closing the petals which follow the helical path. This results in self cleansing action of petals during closing and opening of the petals. This can be evidently justified by the recent pronouncement of PHEIC (Public Health Emergency of International Concern) by the WHO in December 2019 [1] symbolizing the potential threats of novel corona virus and its ability to impact lives all across the globe. Unambiguously, if lives are obstructed, the economies of countries around the world also tend to become lopsided thereby causing a state of alarm [2]. Consequently, India is also not sheltered from the calamitous impact of COVID- 19. Being a developing country, it has become extremely problematic to tackle this massive healthcare emergency coupled with low permeability, uneven systems of commercial sectors and logistical unfeasibility to implicate a successful mass quarantine [3] leading to a disturbed impact on all commercial sectors of the society through an ever decreasing GDP rate encompassing various restrictions imposed by the government on hospitality, tourism and aviation [1] including the hotel industry. Opinion Spam detection is an exhausting and hard problem as there are many faux or fake reviews that have been created by organizations or by the people for various purposes. They write fake reviews to mislead readers or automated detection system by promoting or demoting target products to promote them or to degrade their reputations, opportunistic individuals or groups try to manipulate product reviews for their own interests. By forecasting the magnitude of the supply required along with effects caused by single or multiple defects in the system and calculating the magnitude of errors, it is very easy to compensate them using various techniques with minimum cost and effort. It means before installation the favorable sites and size of the infrastructure used are determined to maintain the power factor in the system. Here Power Flow Analysis is performed using Newton Raphson method. This method is used in solving power flow studies of various number of busesunder various conditions. In any network there will be undesired rise or drop or dissipation of voltage. Voltage instability decreases the efficiency of the system and also damages the equipment used. Hence voltage instability analysis is performed and magnitude of the instability is calculated and compensated using various techniques.
