Bitcoin, the first and most popular crypto currency, is paving the way as a disruptive technology to long standing and unchanged financial payment systems that have been in place for many decades. While crypto currencies are not likely to replace traditional fiat currency, they could change the way Internet-connected global markets interact with each other, clearing away barriers surrounding normative national currencies and exchange rates. Technology advances at a rapid rate, and the success of a given technology is almost solely dictated by the market upon which it seeks to improve. Crypto currencies may revolutionize digital trade markets by creating a free-flowing trading system without fees. Present study aims to understand the awareness of Crypto Currency among adults with reference to Kerala.","PeriodicalId":394459,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Management Research and Analysis","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-08-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131947816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The objective is to understand the hitches and challenges that has come with this new arrangement and lay down some solutions that can bring back the old growth regime. This is a descriptive study based on information gathered from many HR professionals across industries. In-depth interviews of various stakeholders from a representative range of Indian organizations were conducted and some of the key human-resource related issues and challenges that have come up during the Covid times were identified and enumerated in this paper. With Covid still very much prevalent but the economies slowly opening up, it is not possible to continue with traditional systems, processes and strategies that the HR professional were using in the pre-covid era. New measures, methods and stratagems need to be laid down to bring people back to work. There is a need to create new policies to re-allign and re-connect the individual goals with organizational goal to bring about a similar level of growth.
