Kim, Eun-Ju Song","doi":"10.37181/jscs.2023.7.2.001","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37181/jscs.2023.7.2.001","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to investigate the effects of nursing knowledge about delirium, self-confidence in nursing care for delirium, and delirium-related stress on the performance of nursing care for delirium in intensive care unit nurses (ICU). Data were collected from nurses working in ICU at two general hospitals located in J Province, South Korea. The data collection period was from June 15, 2022, to August 30, 2022. Of 153 copies of a structured questionnaire that was distributed to the participants, and 146 completed questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as by performing a t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 26.0 program. This study found that the predictors for the performance of nursing care for delirium were trauma ICU in terms of the working department, self-confidence in nursing care for delirium, and delirium-related nursing stress. The total explanatory power of these factors was 16.5% of its effects on the performance of nursing care for delirium. This means that the natural environment has limits to its capacity to accommodate humanity, so human activities that use it must be controlled to stay within the natural environment's capacity range. Since the island area is remote from the mainland and has a limited supply of water and electricity, access to the island should be considered due to environmental damage and isolation, and development land and carryin capacity should be considered, especially due to the island's narrowness. Because the island, an isolated space surrounded by water, communicates with the inland around the port, the flow and boundaries of people and goods are strictly defined. With these characteristics, the concept of capacity is more easily applied to islands than to other regions, has more meaning, and can be a useful tool for assessing sustainability. As a result, this study proposed the introduction of the concept of island carrying capacity as a planned management means for maintaining a certain level of quality of life and the long-term development of islanders, as well as a theoretical discussion of the island carrying capacity evaluation system. As of 2022, 50.1% of youth deaths were attributed to suicide. Taking care of adolescents' mental health is not only directly linked to their quality of life, but also has a lot to do with preventing potential problems in our society. Therefore, supporting youth mental health is an important government role. In particular, the role and importance of mental health centers available to teachers and adolescents continues to grow as the educational environment changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted to provide a development direction for youth mental health centers to operate efficiently to meet social needs in response to various environmental changes. Therefore, this study selected Center A, an organization dedicated to adolescent mental health operated by the local government of Chungcheongbuk-do, as a case study, and analyzed the internal and external environment of the organization to identify problems and derive improvement measures. This study analyzed the case of managing a student in mental health crisis, and analyzed the environment surrounding Center A and its organizational status. The LiFE project is evaluated as a project to build a future social power through the convergence of higher education and lifelong education by restructuring the higher education system centered on school-aged students into a higher lifelong education system that is 'adult learner-friendly'. After the pilot project, the basic framework of 「RIS + LINC3.0 + LiFE + HiVE + Regional Area Revitalization」is being planned. This change is because it can be said that it is the time to seek practical strategies to settle government financial support projects of universities from the so-called top-down system led by the government to an endogenous, bottom-up system centered on the local community. Therefore, it was reviewed in connection with RISE along with historical consideration of the LiFE project as a single project. In detail, first, the legal and institutional aspect of lifelong education policy and the progress of the LiFE project through changes in university-centered lifelong education vitalization policy were reviewed. Therefore, this study studied the effect of Facebook's motivation to use and relationship-building behavior on actual interpersonal relationships. As a result of verifying the influence with the structural equation model, it was found that only the personal connection management part of Facebook's motivation to use has a direct influence on actual interpersonal changes. In the section of relationship formation behavior using Facebook, it was found that relationship-building and sharing activities had a significant influence on actual interpersonal changes. In addition, among Facebook's motives for use, usefulness motivation was found to have a significant influence on actual interpersonal changes only through relationship-building activities, and loneliness escape motivation was found to have a significant influence on actual interpersonal changes only through relationship-building and sharing activities.
