With no cure in sight, everyone has perpetuated this rhetoric as they imagine settling into life under this 'new normal'. As states begin to adjust living with the dreadful virus, people have started spending more time indoors. In work places/school/industries, the continuous monitoring of the temperature of an individual and ensuring the inhaling air quality of the environment will help us to assure wellness of any individual. The eco-friendly wellness monitor has a wide range of commercial viability as the setup can be employed in institutions, commercial spaces, hospitals, airports, etc., owing to the greater advantage it provides. The monitor simultaneously displays the temperature and helps maintain a clean sanitized environment automatically. The need for an individual's attention is also reduced. For a fearless new normal this eco-friendly monitor would be the apt solution which has a lot of scopes as it can be employed anywhere and everywhere having a greater commercial benefit. This paper finds scope in various platforms such as Hospital waiting rooms, Ticket counters, Malls and other wide crowd gathering areas which gradually enhances the early detection of any new fevers. This decentralized scanning architecture is much useful for authentic monitoring which will enhance the reliability of future health monitoring systems and felicitates engineering in new normal","PeriodicalId":393569,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on System, Computation, Automation and Networking (ICSCAN)","volume":"285 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122164316","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The ability of SAR to form radar images independent of any weather conditions and with large swath width made this monitoring technique very well suited for maritime surveillance. The dataset used for the recognition of ships using SAR images consists of three classes for classification. We have used a Deep Convolution Neural Network(CNN) for the recognition of ships from SAR images. The network is trained rigorously and after testing the sample data with a well-trained network we achieved an accuracy of 90 percent.","PeriodicalId":393569,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on System, Computation, Automation and Networking (ICSCAN)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122365160","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For the most part in clinical field including biomedical science, the impact of such advances is getting evident, permitting the discovery and determination in a significantly more striking manner. The critical obstacle in the indicative imaging study is to choose a picture with no significant subtleties being lost. All things considered, over the span of recovery or again resulting preparing stages, the information caught can be misshaped by commotions or curios. Clamor is characterized as the underlying pixel esteem being changed aimlessly. Commotion brings down the lucidity of the picture which is especially significant at whatever point the constructions are checked is more modest and indeed, even has relatively helpless force. De-noising of picture information is in this manner significant, and in clinical diagnostics it has consistently been an important pre-preparing level. An investigation of a few critical investigates in the field of picture de-noising is examined in this article. Since pictures were very fundamental in any space, picture de-noising is for sure a significant preprocess earlier towards more picture investigation, such as division, extraction of highlights, surface investigation, and so forth This examination proposed to play out the far reaching investigation of different de-noising systems for clinical imaging that includes MRI, CT and Retinal fundus pictures. An examination concentrate with many existing strategies approaches zeroed in on similarity tests, uncovers that the proposed approach is better in picture consistency than them.","PeriodicalId":393569,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on System, Computation, Automation and Networking (ICSCAN)","volume":"72 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126291755","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As of late, train commandeer has been on the increment as equipped burglars center around taking vehicles, particularly the pristine ones. This is accomplished with the utilization of a finger impression module, ATMega328P microcontroller and Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) module. Correspondence based train control (CBTC) [8] is a control mechanism which use bidirectional train–ground to operate the trains in a safer manner. Since there is problem in controlling the train via remote operation and its transportability, wireless networks can be incorporated to manage the execution of train control system.For that we used ESP2866 wifi module which is used for uploading the train engine drivers database into the server. However we can avoid this collision and prevent the train from accident by utilizing the impact identification innovation which can be made by ultrasonic sound. This technology is used to detect the obstacle and it gradually slow down the speed of the train by applying the air brake to stop the train before the mishap occurs.","PeriodicalId":393569,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on System, Computation, Automation and Networking (ICSCAN)","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126438383","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Head-set routing protocols are critical for reducing energy consumption in cognitive wireless sensor networks. The IEE-LEACH (improved energy efficient low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy) has a protocol architecture adapted to CWSNs. The IEE-LEACH protocol, on the other hand, will increase the network's energy consumption if the distribution of cluster heads (CHs) in the circulation process is ignored. In this paper, an alternate routing protocol to increase the CWSN's energy efficiency. The residual node energy and the average energy of the networks are taken into account by the newly proposed improved Squirrel search algorithm .If the cluster head(CH) is in died condition, the neighbor node can replace as the cluster head to the whole CWSNs . To increase the energy efficiency of the networks, the proposed algorithm uses a new threshold for electing CHs among the sensor nodes .The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm greatly improves throughput as compared to some current routing protocols.","PeriodicalId":393569,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on System, Computation, Automation and Networking (ICSCAN)","volume":"35 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122512771","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The intermittent nature of RES, however, causes a large triple-dimensional problem: system costs, environmental impacts and system reliability. Studies have shown that various RES integrated into Optimized Renewable Energy Systems (ORES) may effectively manage these problems by applying appropriate optimization methods. This article provides a technique for optimising electricity produced by an example of the need for loads as the load of typical buildings to meet an ORES. Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization Technique (QPSO) is used as an algorithm to search for optimisation because of its advantages compared with other methods to reduce the standardised costs of energy, between production and demand taking account of losses;defined the problem and introduce the objective function with fitness in mind.
