The play only ranges from two to twelve pages. From the number of pages, it is assumed that the drapen performance will only last five to ten minutes. Although only a short duration, Putu Wijaya is consistent with the aesthetic concept of terror. This concept, if traced further, is a derivative of the concept of the theater of the absurd. To see the possibility of performing the drapen, an analysis of the structure and texture of randomly selected drapes will be carried out. The analysis is carried out with a theoretical approach that sees the terror in the structure and texture in a drafted text. However, the exact number of research on performing art audiences in Indonesia remains unclear. The factors that influence it are still not known in detail. This paper used a literature review on seven nationally accredited performing arts journals from art institutes in Indonesia over the past ten years. The results showed that only 3 out of 1034 journal titles focusing on performing art audiences in the last ten years. From these findings, we can conclude that the study on the audiences is so scarce. This research theme is not interesting for performing art experts in Indonesia. Indonesian performing art experts and academicians have left the importance of audience studies. Kajian ini menggunakan teori antropologi pendidikan, konsep fungsi teater dan konsep edukasi dalam menganalisis dan menggali peran “Roode Brug” dalam sisi komunitas dan karyanya. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dipakai dalam metodologi penelitian. Subjek penelitian adalah anggota “Roode Brug” dan warga (penonton). Teknik mengumpulkan data menggunakan obervasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Peran edukasi yang diberikan oleh “Roode Brug” dalam pertunjukan drama kolosal memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat dan remaja. Menampilkan reportoar pertunjukan dengan visualisasi teatrikal membuat penonton merasakan dan menangkap pesan moral sebagai semangat yang diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan-sehari. Wujud edukasi ini merupakan tujuan dari “Roode Brug” agar sejarah dapat diterima semua elemen masyarakat dengan sajian hiburan drama kolosal yang menarik. Kata kunci: peran edukasi, “Roode Brug”, drama kolosal Abstract: The \"Roode Brug\" community aims to introduce history through the colossal drama presented to the public and especially the younger generation, so that they can appreciate history and apply it in life. This study uses the anthropological theory of education, functions of the theater and the concept of education in analyzing and exploring the role and the works of \"Roode Brug\" in the community. The qualitative-descriptive method is used in the research methodology. The research subjects were the members of  \"Roode Brug\" and their audiences. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, data verification and then drawing conclusions. The educational role given by \"Roode Brug\" in a colossal drama performance has a positive impact on society and especially the teenager. Displaying reportoar performances with theatrical visualization makes the audience feel and capture moral messages to applied in daily life. This form of education is the goal of \"Roode Brug\" so that history can be accepted by all elements of society with an interesting colossal drama entertainment. The concept of promotion of patriarchal domination is done through deconstructive narration. At first, the novel constructs a narration by putting the woman in a privileged position. However, this position is later dismantled by male domination. This paper employs some methods consisting of close reading, qualitative analysis, and deconstructive analysis. Betapa tidak absurd, jika dalam membeli sebuah produk, logika yang kita pakai tidak lagi terikat pada nilai utilitas, fungsi, dan kebutuhan, melainkan pada apa yang disebut sebagai logika tanda dan logika citra. Aktivitas konsumsi secara aktual dinilai sebagai aktivitas konsumsi yang non-utiliratian. Penciptaan Teater kontemporer berjudul Welcome To The Simulation World sebagai perwujudan dari pembacaan terhadap realitas tersebut. The focus is on the impacts of the changing types of bonding on the life of the two women in G.D. Johnson’s short story entitled Free. To support the discussion, several concepts are borrowed, such as the concepts of female domesticity and patriarchy. Since the center of analysis is on the women, the feminist criticism is used. This criticism is supported by contextual method of literary analysis which combines the extrinsic elements with the intrinsic ones especially character, conflict, and setting. The result shows that the death of the patriarchal figure breaks the imposing bonding in the life of the two women. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: pertama, mengetahui struktur drama dari Jalan Menyempit; kedua, untuk mengetahui kondisi sosial historis konkret dari drama Jalan Menyempit. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori sosiologis drama. Prinsip dasar sosiologi drama adalah kenyataan bahwa penciptaan drama Jalan Menyempit dipengaruhi oleh kondisi sosial historis tempat karya itu diciptakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa naskah drama Jalan Menyempit memunculkan peristiwa dengan tema sosial, nilai-nilai material akan mempengaruhi kondisi kehidupan masyarakat. Penulis juga ingin mengkritik kondisi sosial-politik yang terjadi di Jakarta, yang digambarkan dalam dialog dialog tokoh. Kata kunci: naskah drama, sosiologi drama, sosiohistoris Abstract: Jalan Menyempit is a manuscript written by Joni Faisal who tries to criticize the social and political conditions that occur in the Jakarta area. This study aims to: first, find out the drama structure of Jalan Menyempit; second, to find out the concrete historical social conditions of the drama Jalan Menyempit. This research uses the sociological theory of drama. The basic principle of drama sociology is the fact that the creation of the Jalan Menyempit drama influenced by the historical social conditions in which the work was created. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the drama Jalan Menyempit raises events with social themes, material values will affect the living conditions of the community. Pada 1590-an William Shakespeare menulis drama berjudul Mid Summer Night's Dream di akhir cerita, yang memasukkan kisah-kisah Piramus dan Tisbi. Tahun 1960-an kemudian diadaptasi oleh Suyatna Anirun sebagai drama pendek Piramus dan Tisbi dalam bentuk komedi. Pencipta kostum menggunakan naskah tersebut untuk mewujudkan penciptaan kostum teater. Pencipta kostum perlu memahami karakter sehingga tercapai hubungan harmonis antara karakter dengan kostum yang dikenakannya. Teori estetika digunakan untuk menghadirkan estetika dalam penciptaan kostum kertas yang akan digunakan dalam pertunjukan. Hasil proses penciptaan karya busana dalam naskah Piramus dan Tisbi dengan material kertas ini mengalami banyak kendala dan beberapa kali perubahan, hingga mencapai bentuk yang menyesuaikan kebutuhan pementasan. Kata kunci: Piramus and Tisbi, kostum teater, estetika, kostum kertas Abstract: Piramus and Tisbi is a tragic love story popular in 331 BC Babylon. In the 1590s William Shakespeare wrote a drama called Mid Summer Night's Dream that by the end of the story, it included the story of Piramus and Tisbi. The story was later adapted by Suyatna Anirun as a short drama of Piramus and Tisbi in the form of comedy in 1960s. The costume creator uses the script to realize the creation of the theater costume. The costume creator needs to understand the character to create a fitting costume for the characters. Aesthetic theory is used to present aesthetics in the creation of paper costumes that will be used in performances. Penciptaan naskah dan karya teater ini merupakan kritik politik, dan bagian dari ikhtiar penyadaran bahaya money politic dalam bentuk kesenian. Metode psikologi seni Graham Wallas (1926) digunakan dalam proses penyusunan perancangan ini. Tahapan proses berfikir kreatif Wallas membantu penciptaan naskah drama beserta perancangan teater yang berjudul Legislatif Celeng. Tokoh-tokoh, plot naskah, dan semua material pelengkap dipadukan sehingga menghasilkan sebuah karya yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pertunjukan. This creative work is a criticism of the evil behavior of legislative council  candidate who use money politics to become a council. The creation of the script and theatrical work constitutes political critics, and an effort to raise awareness of the dangers of money politics in the form of art. Graham Wallas’ (1926) Art of Thought was used in the process of preparing this design. Stages of Wallas's creative thinking process helped in the creation of theatre scripts along with the theater design entitled Legislatif Celeng. Characters, script plots, and all supplementary materials are combined to produce a work that suits the performance needs.
