Serangan militer ini dapat berupa kekerasan fisik dan non fisik yang dapat terjadi dalam layanan kesehatan di daerah konflik. Petugas medis dan pasien pun juga terkena dampak dari serangan tersebut. Kerangka hukum yang mengatur serangan terhadap layanan kesehatan dalam konflik bertumpu pada Konvensi Jenewa dan Protokol Tambahannya, yang berlaku selama konflik bersenjata. The United Nations Populations Fund (UNFPA) menyatakan bahwa sebanyak 121 juta kehamilan tidak direncanakan terjadi di dunia setiap tahun. Sekitar 60% kehamilan tidak direncanakan, berakhir dengan kasus aborsi. Pada tahun 2018, provinsi Jakarta mencapai 68 dan merupakan kasus tertinggi. Kemudian provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 49 kasus, Jawa Tengah 45 kasus, Banten 44 kasus, Jawa Barat 43 kasus, dan Jawa Timur 30 kasus. Kasus tertinggi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yaitu di Ngaglik, Sleman. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada Hubungan antara Pengetahuan tentang Aborsi akibat KTD Dengan Sikap Remaja Putri terhadap Aborsi Di SMAN 1 Ngaglik Sleman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampling yaitu Stratified Random Sample. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswi kelas X dan XI dengan jumlah 263 siswi dengan 175 sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil uji Spearman Rank Coefficient Correlation diperoleh nilai signifikan p value sebesar 0,00 dan hasil uji correlation didapatkan nilai sebesar 0,286. For companies engaged in services, satisfying customer needs means that the company must provide more and more quality services (service quality) to customers. in the results of the preliminary study by taking a sample of 10 respondents. Of the 10 respondents who were given questions, there were 2 respondents who were dissatisfied with the service in the customer service department, namely in terms of the physical appearance of the hospital and equipment and in terms of security guarantees for patients. \u0000Objective: To determine the effect of customer service quality (Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible) on Outpatient care Satisfaction at RS Nur Hidayah Yogyakarta in 2022 \u0000Methods: The design of this study is the research used in this study using quantitative methods with data collection using a cross sectional design. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula and 100 samples were obtained from a total population of 3839 outpatients at Nur Hidayah Hospital Yogyakarta. The instrument used is a questionnaire and the data analysis used is bivariate with Kendall's tau test and multivariate with ordinal regression test. \u0000Results: Based on the results of the research conducted, there is an influence between Reliability (p = 0.000), Responsiveness (p = 0.000), Assurance (p = 0.000), Empathy (p = 0.000), Tangible (0.000) on Outpatient care satisfaction at Nur Hidayah Hospital Yogyakarta . p-sig < = 0.05. The research method applied a quasi experimental design in the form of a non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with 30 samples divided into 2 groups. Analysis of the data used the Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney test with a questionnaire measuring anxiety in preschoolers. Therefore, the aim of this study is to examine the influence of motivation to staff performance The method used in this research is quantitative method by using simple linear regression. Data was obtained from 33 respondents by using questionnare. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive samples. RS dan sistem kesehatan harus berhadapan dengan masalah ekonomi yang terjadi selama dan setelah pandemi, dimana pendapat RS akan berkurang signifikan dan tingginya pengeluaran untuk mengatasinya. Selain itu, perekonomian Indonesia sendiri pasti akan terkena dampaknya. Metode: Pencarian elektronik komprehensif dilakukan menggunakan Google Scholar. Pencarian terbatas pada publikasi berbahasa Inggris dari tahun 2017 hingga 2022. Pencarian langsung dari jurnal dan daftar referensi yang relevan juga dilakukan.Hasil: Ekonomi RS pun terkena akibat tingginya pasien Covid yang membutuhkan ruang intensif yang akan meningkatkan beban RS dan penurunan yang tajam kunjungan ke klinik serta tindakan elektif. Finansial RS pun juga terkena dampaknya baik pada biaya akuisisi dan pembelian obat, upah dan biaya tenaga kerja, biaya perawatan tanpa kompensasi, biaya perlengkapan dan peralatan medis non Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), biaya modal dan biaya mendukung petugas kesehatan di garis depan. Artikel ini akan memaparkan secara singkat mengenai dampak pandemic terhadap ekonomi RS. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kebutuhan tenaga rekam medis pada bagian pendaftaran URJ di Rumah Sakit Siti Miriam Lawang dengan pasien berjumlah 5.863 tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel dan populasi petugas pendaftaran URJ, menggunakan pendekatan croos sectional. menggunakan pengumpulan data, wawancara dan observasi. The aim of this study was to analysis the factors that affect occurence of intradialytic hypertension. This research used observational method with cross sectional approach. Samples on this research were 96 patient who does hemodialysis routine twice a week. The result of this study showed significant relation between intradialytic hypertension with antihypertensive drugs that release along hemodialysis process (ACEinhibitor and β-blocker)(p value=0.001), sex(p value=0.014, and hemodialysis duration (p value=0.044). The result of logistic regression analysis based on Odd Ratio proved that antihypertensive drugs used was the most factor that influence intradialytic hypertension followed sex, cardiovascular disease history, hemodialysis duration, IDWG, and diabetic disease history. Hospitals must meet the technical requirements of hospital facilities and infrastructure to support complete health services, especially in inpatient rooms. The inpatient room at the dr. Soetarto includes the Ksatria Room (VIP), Nusa Indah Room (VVIP), ICU Room, Emergency Room, Perwira Room, Husada Room, Kartika Room, and Kirana Room. This study aims to analyze the standards of hospital buildings and infrastructure in inpatient rooms in accordance with Permenkes No. 24 of 2016. \u0000Method: The method used in this study is observation and in-depth interviews with resource persons using a questionnaire that is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health No.24 of 2016 concerning Technical Requirements for Hospital Buildings and Infrastructure in the Inpatient Unit of Dr. Soetarto Hospital in Yogyakarta. \u0000Result and Discussion: The results showed that the nurse station with an average score of 86.6% did not meet the standards, the inpatient center office 100% met the standards, and the doctor's office on duty met the standards 100%. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the average calculation of the three inpatient rooms at dr.
