An ingenious method is put forward to take stock of the system state and actuator fault at the same time by designing an intermediate variable observer, so as to achieve the desired effect. Then, the fault-tolerant controller is put forward through the previously involved observer, which can reduce the impact of the fault and stabilize the system. Firstly, according to the frequency response characteristics of the main components in the interconnected power system, the state space model of the frequency response of the connected power system is established. Then, a communication delay compensator is added to distributed model predictive control (DMPC) to compensate for the communication delay. First, blockchain technology is used to realize the privacy protection of the system. Then, a two-stage model of distributed optimal dispatch is established, with the pre-dispatch stage forming generation and consumption plans to achieve global economic optimality; and the intra-day real-time dispatch regulating errors to achieve real-time optimal performance. First, a new-type of event-triggered control mechanism was designed, and under this triggering condition, a compensator of fully distributed event driven is present to observe the leader’s state. Then, for the unmeasurable state variables, a state observer is designed. Finally, a distributed controller is put forward to handle the output consensus problem, and Zeno phenomenon on each edge is eliminated theoretically. This paper analyzes the advantages of distributed fault location. Multiple smart devices are used to monitor the line’s traveling wave speed on-line to reduce the influence of wave speed measurement errors and transmission line length errors as much as possible, so as to more accurately locate faults. By analyzing the split-phase current in the fault component, the faulty phase and section of the transmission line are located based on the principle of phase difference. The communication address of the electrical intelligent terminal (EIT) is used to correlate the switch sub-nodes at all levels, and the topological relationship between the upper and lower levels of each branch is determined, and then the subordination relationship of each level in the platform system is obtained through a large amount of data clustering analysis method. It is well known that we have to obtain the solution of the nonlinear OCP by means of resolving the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation (HJBE). However, the HJBE is usually a nonlinear partial differential equation that cannot be solved analytically. To make matters worse, most practical systems are too complex to be accurately mathematically modelled and have real-time errors in the system’s controller. To address the above issues, we propose an online data-driven IRL algorithm that is anchored in policy iteration (PI), using real-time data from practical systems, rather than system models or partially sampled data from systems. To begin with, the PI algorithm is shown. Then, we approximate the performance function and the control policy using a critic neural network (CNN) and an actor neural network (ANN), respectively. The approach presented is an online-policy IRL, where the data are continuously sampled in the input and state domains. The weights of the CNN and ANN are renewed by least squares using the collected data, which minimizes residual errors. In addition, it usually can only identify known loads in training dataset and cannot identify unknown loads that are outside the training dataset, which makes it difficult to be applied to dynamic user-side monitoring environment. To this end, we propose a non-intrusive load identification method considering unknown loads—One Class Load Identification Network(OC-LIN), which can accurately identify both known and unknown loads. The proposed method consists of two main parts: (1) a load identification network that accurately identify loads using fusion V-I trajectory feature and odd harmonic amplitude feature; (2) an one class method in deep support vector data description (DSVDD) to identify unknown loads. Firstly, a ship-integrated energy system model is constructed with renewable generators and conventional fuel-based generators, concerning the economic benefits and social benefits, simultaneously. Furthermore, a fully distributed energy management algorithm is proposed to solve the EMP with a lower energy efficiency operation index (EEOI) and lower operation cost based on the multi-agent system theory.
