Religious moderation can be expressed through tawazun (balance), i'tidal (truth and stability), tasamuh (tolerance), musawah (equality), shura (consideration), ishlah (equality) reform), aulawiyah (priority), tathawwur wa ibtikar ( dynamic and creative). For this reason, an attitude of religious moderation is needed which includes acknowledging the existence of other parties, being tolerant, respecting differences of opinion, and not forcing one's will by force. The role of the government, community leaders, and religious educators is needed to socialize and develop community religious moderation to create harmony and peace. \u0000 \u0000 ","PeriodicalId":391017,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Islamic Education, Research and Multiculturalism (IJIERM)","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114504816","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The non-channeling of these needs sometimes causes the inmate's emotions to become uncontrollable. In Indonesia, some provisions allow married prisoners to gather with their families through CMK (Family Visiting Leave) as stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia Number: M.01-PK.03.02 of 2001 concerning Family Visiting Leave for Prisoners. This regulation provides an opportunity for married inmates to go to their family's residence for 2 (two) days or 2 x 24 hours to allow the married prisoner to meet his sexual needs while taking time off. However, in practice, these regulations have yet to be maximized because this is often used by officers and has become a topic of discussion in the mass media. Various opinions and studies mention the need for prisoners to be given this right, one of which is the Conjugal Visit policy. Conjugal Visit is also often referred to as the \"Romance Chamber\". Based on this, researchers are interested in researching how the Indonesian Law Regulation system regulates conjugal visits. The method used is the Normative Juridical method. They are namely answering problems through literature both primary, secondary and tertiary. The assumption found is that Cobjugal Visit has yet to be regulated and has no legal umbrella. However, this is a basic right for every human being having his status, whether he is a Prisoner or a free man.","PeriodicalId":391017,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Islamic Education, Research and Multiculturalism (IJIERM)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134293668","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Islam recognizes differences in beliefs, cultures, traditions, races, and certain tribes, one of them is stated in Q.S Al-Hujurat: 13 about diversity. However, not everyone agrees with this point of view, emergence of various sects in Islam, such as extremism who have an exclusive, closed, and intolerant perspective also affects development of Islamic religion.It is undeniable that these intolerant, radical, and other attitudes can enter into every line of our lives, including in world of education. As one of efforts to prevent extremism/radicalism in institution of education is the integration of moderate Islamic values in character building in elementary schools. One of elementary schools that has tried to integrate these values is SD Anak Saleh. This study uses a qualitative approach with type of case study design. The results showed that: 1) moderate Islamic values were applied in character education through Panca Character program at SD Anak Saleh. 2) The strategy is applied in learning at class (intracurricular), outside class (co-curricular) and in extracurricular activities by inculcating five characters, namely personal, social, natural, intellectual, and national character. 3) Implication of implementation of Panca Character is that most of graduates from SD Anak Saleh have moderate attitudes, such as tolerant, religious (used to carry out mandatory and sunnah worship), inclusive, social care, and love for Indonesian homeland.","PeriodicalId":391017,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Islamic Education, Research and Multiculturalism (IJIERM)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-25","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131839707","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The tourism industry and the hotel sector are most closely related. Corporate social responsibility is a key strategic resource in the hospitality sector. This study intends to investigate probable causes of guests' favorable opinions of hotel. The suggested approach covers environmental CSR, charitable CSR, physical quality, employee behavior, customer satisfaction, brand attitude, and revisit intention. Using samples of domestic and international hotel guests who visited Bali, Indonesia, the model is put to the test. Testing of the model made in this study resulted in customers satisfaction and revisit intention positively influenced by CSR philanthropy. According to hypothesis testing, Environmental and Philanthropy CSR are more important to hotel guests' satisfaction and revisit intention than service quality and brand attitude. Purpose – CSR is regarded as a valuable resource, especially in the service industry. Only a few research have looked at the combined effects of brand attitude and service quality, in contrast to earlier research that concentrated on CSR activities and service quality. Therefore, the goal of this study is to investigate the possible reasons for hotel customers' positive perceptions of the establishment. Design/methodology/approach –The suggested model considers CSR efforts, service encounters, customer happiness, brand attitude, and intention to return. Samples of Indonesian and foreign hotel clients are used to test the model. In tests of the proposed model, path coefficients from CSR activities (environmental and philanthropic), but not from physical quality, staff behavior, and brand attitude provide meaningful results. Findings – According to hypothesis testing, perceived environmental and philanthropy CSR support are more important to customer satisfaction and intent to return than physical quality, employee behavior, and brand attitude. From these findings, it shows that hotels need to make better CSR strategies, especially in CSR philanthropy. CSR can be a good marketing tool to \"attract customers\" to the hotel industry. Research limitations/implications – The findings have crucial significance for researchers studying the impact of CSR initiatives on customer behavior to effectively manage customers' pleasant experiences with amenities and workers, as well as hotel brand sentiment. This research also has an impact on the hotel industry in deciding a better CSR strategy considering its positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer revisit intention. Originality/value –CSR is a topic that is frequently brought up by the hospitality sector, particularly hotels. By highlighting the essential elements of hotel patron behavior, current CSR literature supported by this study.","PeriodicalId":391017,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Islamic Education, Research and Multiculturalism (IJIERM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131056428","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
