A good defense system will form a regional or global regional balance. Appropriate governance in empowering defense areas in the framework of forming a defense system as a form of state responsibility towards the people in guaranteeing sovereignty. This study uses the theory of polycentric governance which is conceptualized on empowering defense areas to create a universal defense system. The research method in this study used qualitative by digging up secondary data as a database for analysis carried out by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that the governance of the empowerment of defense areas can be carried out in a polycentric manner involving many actors formed by the existence of overall polycentric governance rules, problem characteristics and heterogeneity. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the implementation of talent management in MMAF focusing on the marine and fisheries sector in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews with high-ranking officials, administrators, and functional officials who are directly involved in managing talent management at the Ministry. The results of the study found that the factors that influence the implementation of talent management in MMAF are (1) top management's commitment to talent management plays an important role in creating an environment that supports effective talent management, (2) clear policies and procedures in talent management facilitate the implementation and monitoring of these programs, (3) structured career development and learning opportunities help motivate employees to work better and stay in the organization and (4) proper rewards and recognition for employee achievements and contributions can increase job satisfaction and talent retention. Darunna’im boarding school is part of the institution that implements entrepreneurship skills education. As a form of self-development and preparing students to have an entrepreneurial spirit. The results of the entrepreneurship skills program at the Darunna’im Islamic Boarding School are carried out every day as a form of training and self-development for students for the future. Researchers are interested in conducting research related to process management and improving the skills of students in the Darunna’im Islamic boarding school program. This study uses a quantitative approach, namely research that is used to examine certain populations and samples and uses data collection with research instruments that aim to test the hypotheses that have been set. Based on the research results, it is known that the relationship between process management and the improvement of students’ skills can be concluded that there is a relationship between process management and the improvement of the life skills of students at the Darunna’im Islamic boarding school. a positive relationship is indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.322 and a determination coefficient of 10.4%. Besides that, this research also describes some steps which can be done by teachers in fighting terrorism and radicalism. This is literature research. The data was collected through the documentation method. These research findings revealed that the reconstruction of IRE is important and urgent to do. Recently, IRE is not effective enough to produce a tolerant and inclusive person. It can be seen that many terrorism perpetrators and Islamic radicalism are from both senior high school and university students. Besides that, the failure can be also observed from the result of the institution’s survey showing the low level of tolerance among students. Reconstruction of IRE covers some aspects such as curriculum, teacher, material, method, media, and evaluation. Without ignoring other aspects, IRE teachers have an important role in fighting terrorism and radicalism. It is to those who have tolerant and inclusive character. To yield a tolerant and inclusive person, it needs contribution from some parties such as higher education institutions, government, and society. There are some steps that can be taken by IRE teachers in fighting terrorism and radicalism, namely: (1) IRE teachers must be able to create a multicultural atmosphere; (2) IRE teachers must become good figures for their student’s concerning tolerance. The significant role of IRE teachers is expected to eradicate terrorism and radicalism at the educational institution level. The samples in this study were students of class X TKJ B and X DPIB B who were taken by nonrandom sampling, a total of 70 students. The data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment correlation statistical test from Person. Based on the results of the statistical correlation test, it shows that there is a significant positive correlation between learning discipline and Civics learning achievement of class X students of SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga. The results of the correlation analysis (test) between the learning discipline variable and student learning achievement show a positive correlation of r = 0. 302 with a significant level of 0.011 <0.05. With this positive correlation result is shows that learning achievement is not entirely influenced by learning discipline factors, but also influenced by factors outside the learning discipline.
