For more effective outcomes diverse audience is gathered through online responses, of a total 500 students in the University of the Punjab, and from other universities. The understudy data is congregated through incorporation of close-ended questions in self-administered survey questionnaire. We choose survey as research instrument, Data is collected in one-shot settings and results are checked by applying statistical techniques namely Pearson correlation coefficient, Reliability Analysis, Andrew F. Hayes analysis. Non probability convenience sampling technique is applied on the segment comprising of the age between 18-26 years. This research paper highlighted the key determinants of brand equity on consumer buying in a very systematic way. The main idea for the current article is to create a map of the digital marketing literature produced in the previous ten years. The study's primary purpose is to examine digital marketing research over the previous decade to better the field's future direction. The PRISMA statement 2020 is used to choose and reject records, with the final 79 records being included in the research following the procedure. A cross sectional research design was used to execute this study. It was hypothesized that an association would exist between psychological intimidation, work-family conflict and psychological well-being. It was further hypothesized that psychological intimidation and work family conflict would predict psychological well-being, and that work-family conflict would act as a moderator with psychological intimidation for psychological well-being. The sample consisted of bankers (n=300) from public and private banks of Lahore using non-probability purposive sampling technique. In addition to demographic information sheet, Negative Acts Questionnaire-Revised (NAQ-R) (Einarsen et al., 2009), Inter-Role Conflict Scale (Kopelman, Greenhaus & Connolly,1983) and General Wellbeing Scale (Dupuy, 1978) were used in the study. The Cronbach alpha of above scales was estimated to check the reliability. The data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation and hierarchal multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. Results revealed that Psychological Intimidation and Work-Family Conflict had a negative correlation with Psychological Well-Being along with working hours per week. Psychological intimidation, Work-family conflict and working hours per week were found to be negative predictors of Psychological Well-Being in bankers. Moreover, it was found that Work-Family Conflict acts as a moderator with Psychological Intimidation for Psychological Well-Being. Additionally, results were discussed in terms of their implications and theoretical significance. It also aimed at examining the moderating role of job demand (time pressure) in the relationship of job resources and employee engagement. Data was collected from the employees of universities, including administrative employees and all academic employees (lecturer to professors). The findings exhibit that reward & recognition affect turnover intention positively and significantly. It was also found by regression analysis that organizational support has a positive impact on employee engagement. Moreover, this study also found that time pressure has a moderating role in the relationship of reward & recognition and employee engagement. Similarly, it was the findings of this study that negative moderation effect exists between the relationship of organizational support and employee engagement. The empirical validity was searched and tested from the banking sector of Pakistan by collecting data through research questionnaires which evaluated that organizational justice; knowledge hiding, and self-monitoring are associated with one another. Non-probability sampling technique was used due to limitations in the generalizability of the hypothesis. The research questionnaires were distributed to 150 banking sector employees, while 124 employees responded. Results showed that organizational justice influences the knowledge hiding behavior in the organizations and self-monitoring moderates this relationship. It impacts their economic prosperity and creates extra pressure to meet international regulations. This study describes how the doctrine of non-refoulment and burden sharing works in international refugee law to ensure the protection of all refugees. It discusses the rights of accommodation, education, food, protection, and all other economic rights within host countries. It also highlights the presence of proportionate refugee placement in various states and assesses the economic and social consequences of relocating refugees to host countries under international law. Nowadays, the demand for adaptive workers has augmented, and it is compulsory for employees to adapt well to the modifications. In this rapidly changing and volatile work environment, the current research investigates the impact of structural empowerment (SE) and employee engagement (EE) on employee adaptive performance (AP). This study aims to have an empirical investigation of the mediating role of knowledge hoarding on adaptive performance in the dominant context of engaged and empowered employees. The purpose of this research is to test a theoretical model linking employee engagement and workplace empowerment to the employees’ adaptive performance through a mediation mechanism of knowledge hoarding in the growing environment of the services sector of Pakistan. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000The proposed theoretical model suggests that fear and anxiety mediate the relationship between project uncertainties and the use of improvisation as an adaptive response to uncertainties. Trait positive affect may strengthen this relationship, since individuals high in this trait might manage their emotions in a way that will lead to higher improvisation levels with impact on innovation. \u0000This study will also empirically investigate the moderating role of experimental culture, availability of real time information and communication as well as team work quality and expertise in project teams between improvisation and innovation. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 Descriptive, correlation and regression analyses were run to analyze the data. Tools of ADANCO 2.2.1 and SPSS 23 were applied to perform data analysis. To measure and explain the proposed model, well-established scales are adopted. Online tax returns are seen as quick, simple and cost-effective. In this paper, we describe the purpose of the tax filer to utilise the e-tax filing system theoretically after fifteen years of implementation in Pakistan, as explained in this paper by the researcher data was collected from 250 e-tax filing portal users located within the city of Lahore. The results show that subjective norm and attitude towards using e-tax filing portal are associated with intention to use significantly. At present, FBR is making considerable efforts to promote the use of electronic filing systems. This study may help the FBR develop a more efficient scheme for increasing the use of electronic filing among Pakistani taxpayers. This paper aims to provide an insight into the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and Organizational innovation processes. \u0000Design/methodology/approach – In this study, the research design will be cross-sectional, a total sample of 510 employees were used who rated the ambidextrous leader behaviors and organizational innovation performance concerning an innovation project. \u0000Findings – Structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis results showed that ambidextrous leadership is positively related to Organizational innovation performance. Design/Methodology/ approach:- The current study adopts bibliometric analysis and was based on the records extracted from Scopus database. Scopus database was selected since it was known to be major citation and abstract database of peer-reviewed literature covering an extensive collection of topics. Findings:- The findings suggested that the most influential authors in the area were Graffigna, G. was leading others by producing the most documents (16) in the searched area. Furthermore, key co-occurrence showed ‘pandemic’, ‘social media’, ‘consumer behavior’, ‘social distancing’, and ‘lockdown’ as main keywords. Research limitation/ Implications:- This research applied specific keywords which might have limited the results. We also applied different thresholds while screening and analyzing the records which might exclude the important and worth-noticing piece of data in the documents. We categorized the keywords which were relevant to Covid-19 and Consumer Behavior. It might overlook other more important keywords used in the documents. Originality/value:- The current study was designed to extend the understanding of Covid-19 literature with Consumer Behaviour by using bibliometric technique of analysis.
