However, in order to create a positive impression of a hotel, its employees must be able to find a special approach to their guests. In today's globalized world and the hospitality industry, emotional intelligence and cross-cultural competence in serving guests of different nationalities becomes important. Cross- cultural and emotional competence of em- ployees is an important aspect of strategic and corporate management in the hotel in- dustry. The authors of the article focus on considering the problem of the formation of cross-cultural and emotional competence of the personnel of the contact zone of a hotel enterprise. Serious application of IFRS may have a positive impact on those Russian companies that do not plan to enter the in- ternational (financial) markets in the near future. The effectiveness of the application of IFRS will lie in the fact that providing man- agers with information that will contribute to the competent treatment of the market and the investor will also not destroy, but only strengthen the system of corporate trust and behavior. The article discusses the relevance of the ESG agenda in the short and long term peri- ods, the impact of sanctions on the current ESG agenda, as well as the development of the ESG in Russia, taking into account changes in the final export markets, adapta- tion of current logistics supply chains and reorientation to the markets of the Asia- Pacific region. The hypothesis of the study is the assumption that in the context of neo-industrialization, the growth in the contribu-tion of industry to GDP should be accompa-nied by an increase in the share of innova-tive products in industrial output. The paper analyzes the innovative performance of the industrial development of the Russian Fed-eration based on a comparison of the share of industry in GDP and the share of innova-tive products in the output of goods. Correla-tion and regression analysis showed the presence of a strong negative linear rela-tionship between the contribution of industry to GDP and the share of innovative products in the output of goods, which indicates the need to modernize industrial development. The objec-tives of the study are to evaluate the results of the introduction of the \"regulatory guillo-tine\" mechanism in the activities of the regu-latory and supervisory authorities of Russia and offer recommendations that can limit the flow of public demands on business and, thus, stimulate regional development. It has been determined that the introduction of the \"regulatory guillotine\" tool is the main ele-ment of reforming the control and superviso-ry activities, preceding all other elements of the reform. The following research methods were used in the article: analysis of modern scientific literature by Russian and foreign authors, focused on the aspect of money laundering crimes in the international AML regime in accordance with the United Nations conventions (Vienna, Pa-lermo and the Convention on Corruption) and the standards of the Group devel-opment of financial measures to combat money laundering. The purpose of this study is to study the essential and legal aspects of financial moni-toring. 22 scientific articles and 6 legal acts in the field of combating money laundering and terrorist financing were analyzed. The study defines the stages of combating money laundering: placement, layering, inte-gration.
