Cognitive accessibility means that services are simple, coherent, clear, multimodal, error tolerant and focused, taking into account all users.\u0000Aims: to validate a questionnaire on cognitive accessibility to be applied to health professionals.\u0000Methods: The study has a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design, developed in the period between March and June 2022. The sample consisted of 130 health professionals in Argentina, selected by means of purposive sampling.\u0000Results: the validation process was carried out in three stages. The analysis of internal consistency (reliability) was performed through Cronbach's Alpha. The descriptive results with the 17 items showed a variance of each item of 4.445, a total variance of 13.049, with a total Cronbach's Alpha of 0.701, showing that the instrument presents internal consistency.\u0000Conclusions: It was possible to verify that the scores of both Cronbach's Alpha and the factorial analysis, allow affirming that the instrument has the necessary metric aspects to be used in future research, taking into account that the instrument had a previous evaluation by expert criteria. It can be considered that this article becomes the starting point for future studies, in which it is intended to continue the line of research, which allows the analysis of cognitive accessibility in the context of health professionals.","PeriodicalId":388306,"journal":{"name":"Data & Metadata","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122554340","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The deployment of this technological advances converges on dissimilar healthcare telematics services systems, more complex by day, like telemonitoring, metaverse, telesurgery, telestroke, among others that provide more efficient and more close to human interaction solutions. The results of its application in different medical specialties have been excellent, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there are open paths to research in order to solve the challenges that telemedicine faces in the actual context, to improve the implied technologies, and to continue to penetrate medical services. The exploitation of the advantages that telemedicine offers in the future must consider the correct use of technologies, information secure and reliable management, emerging technologies inclusion, and the development of solutions in the context of each country. This work accosts a bibliographical review regarding telematic services and the different technologies supporting telemedicine in the world in last years, pointing out its strengths, more recent trends and projections.","PeriodicalId":388306,"journal":{"name":"Data & Metadata","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125456753","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The link to the communication process will converge between them. It is of such importance, for the derivation of this investigative topic, to reach the point of analogical objectivity like electronics, to besiege in instance the power of tension that a connection system towards postmodern virtuality and the prolonged technology of the networks. In this written theoretical fragment, a development produced by conceptualizations such as effects, links, processes, that electronic technology affects, will be expanded, indicating precisely what various authors refer to, and likewise refuting with their own arguments in debate the analog and postmodern journalist that are part of the paradigms provided by the applied sciences of digitization. Studies suggest that acetazolamide could improve the efficacy of ASA diuretics, which could lead to improved natriuresis and diuresis.\u0000Aims: To evaluate the effectiveness of acetazolamide in improving congestion symptoms in patients with Heart Failure.\u0000Methods: A systematic review will be carried out, following the PRISMA methodology, which will include a search in Pubmed, Scopus, Web of Science databases without time restriction.\u0000Results: 5 studies were included, of which 4 were clinical trials.\u0000Conclusions: After comprehensive and detailed analysis of the included studies, we found limited evidence suggesting that the use of acetazolamide may be effective in the treatment of heart failure, especially as additional or complementary therapy to other treatments. However, it is important to keep in mind that the results of the pilot studies are limited and that more research is required to fully evaluate the efficacy and safety of acetazolamide in the treatment of heart failure. The use of acetazolamide in patients with heart failure may be controversial and requires careful evaluation of clinical risks and benefits before it is considered as a treatment.","PeriodicalId":388306,"journal":{"name":"Data & Metadata","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126422702","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Both the training of future professionals and their evaluation must be considered as one of the fundamental pillars on which the teaching-learning process must be based. The valid and reliable evaluation of clinical reasoning during the medical training process is essential. Determining which assessment method is the most useful for assessing clinical reasoning ability in medical students is not an easy task. Methods: An explanatory, observational, cross-sectional study with a prospective approach will be carried out. A SCRIPT test will be carried out on the students of the last year of the Medicine career, in order to measure the reliability, validity, educational impact and acceptability of said method. Results: Evaluations were carried out on a total of 81 students.59.3% were women and 40.7% were men. The general average of all those surveyed, taking into account deferrals, is 7.41. After having uploaded the data obtained and giving the corresponding score to each answer, according to the value designated by the experts, we have obtained a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.33. Conclusion: The results obtained in this study, although the authors propose a minimum of 20 clinical vignettes, were not the expected. Both the utility and the reliability of the SCRIPT tests are not sufficient by themselves to allow a correct evaluation of clinical analysis in medical students. We believe it is necessary that clinical reasoning be evaluated in an integrated, longitudinal, and coherent manner, using multiple evaluation methods and periodic and constructive feedback.","PeriodicalId":388306,"journal":{"name":"Data & Metadata","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129393862","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pese a lo mencionado, en la República Argentina se ha evidenciado un escaso desarrollo de la investigación por lo cual se hace necesario contar con un análisis pormenorizado que sirva como diagnóstico para poder diseñar e implementar estrategias para aumentar y mejorar el desempeño en indicadores nacionales de producción científica. Se exploró la producción de investigación en enfermería en el periodo 1996 al 2021 en SCImago Journal & Country Ranking (SJR) y se comparó con los países de la región. Se analizó además la formación de grado y posgrado de Argentina. Se halló que la producción científica de enfermería de Argentina se encuentra en el quinto lugar en Latinoamérica, siendo Brasil el país con mayor producción, con casi 15 veces la producción de Argentina. Las principales categorías abordadas por los estudios son Nutrición y Dietética, seguida por Miscelánea y Enfermería Avanzada. Se evidencia una curva ascendente en cuanto a la proporción de colaboración internacional, con un incremento que alcanzó el 60.66% en el año 2021. El 10.31% de la carga horaria total de la carrera aborda componentes de Metodología de la Investigación. Solo hay una carrera de doctorado específica en Enfermería en el país, y la tasa de graduación global de doctores (total de ejes formativos disciplinares y relacionados) oscila entre 3-7%. Se concluye que en Argentina la producción científica ha ido en aumento en los últimos años, sin embargo, la formación de recursos humanos capacitados para investigar muestra dificultades sobre todo en los ejes redacción científica y análisis de datos, relacionado con poca cantidad de docentes con formación de posgrado, con experiencia en investigación y la baja carga horaria de la carrera para abordar los contenidos de metodología.","PeriodicalId":388306,"journal":{"name":"Data & Metadata","volume":"107 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115166548","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
