Anemia is one of the factors that causes Premature Rupture of The Membrans (PROM). Mothers who experience anemia, the iron or hemoglobin which is a carrier in the blood will decrease, which results in fragility in several parts of the amniotic membrane, which at the same time causes leakage in the area. This study aims to determine the relationship between anemia in pregnancy and the occurrence of PROM. This study uses the design method study Observational Descriptive , Correlation Analytical Research Method with Retrospective Approach . The data source was obtained from all pregnant women at the gestational age of TM II and III who carried out pregnancy checks at the Maduran Health Center, Maduran Village, Maduran District, Lamongan Regency, at 12 Februari 2023 – 12 Mei 2023 with a total population of 31 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling . Statistical tests used Chi-Square and data were analyzed using the Fisher Exact Test . Based on the results of the study, the majority of respondents who experienced anemia as many as 16 respondents (51.6 % ). The majority of respondents who experienced PROM were 19 respondents ( 61.2 %), while the majority of respondents who experienced anemia and PROM were 14 respondents ( 45.1% ) . Combination therapy is needed if a single antihypertensive has not been able to control the desired blood pressure target while the cost of treatment is increasing from time to time. The purpose of this study was to determine the cost-effective combination therapy for antihypertensive drugs in hypertensive patients in an inpatient setting. This study is a descriptive study with a pharmacoeconomic analysis approach using the Cost Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) method which was carried out retrospectively. Data were collected using the Total Sampling technique with 93 patients which were then analyzed to determine the cost-effective therapy based on ACER and ICER. The results showed that hypertension was mostly experienced by patients aged 50-60 years, male sex was more than female. HT stage 2 is often experienced by patients. Type II DM is the most common comorbidity. The lowest ACER value is Rp. 65.195.77. The lowest ICER value is Rp. 7.047.2551 when compared with standard therapy, namely CCB + ACEI. The combinations used in the inpatient unit include two combinations of 42 patients (45.16%) three combinations of 37 patients (39.78%), four combinations 6 (6.45%) five combinations of 8 patients (8.6%). The lowest average direct medical cost is the combination of ACEI antihypertensive + Diuretic + -Blocker Rp. 2.765.262. The design of this study uses Analytical Correlation with a Cross-sectional approach. The samples obtained were 96 by using the purposive sampling technique. The independent variable is knowledge, the dependent variable is hypertension diet. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Data tabulated and analyzed using the Spearmen Rank test with a significance level of <0.05. The material that can be used to disinfect the surface of inanimate objects is NaOCl. The use of high-effectiveness NaOCl for disinfecting at low cost and easy use. NaOCl product on the market are generally only pure solutions without the addition of other ingredients so that the resulting NaOCl product give a distinctive odor of NaOCl which is sharp and hard to lose, so in this study, the addition of essential oils from fresh ginger and lemongrass which have anti-bacterial effectiveness for scent NaOCl covered. This research is an experimental research conducted at the Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Technology, University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan. The working procedure in this study is to make extracts from fresh ginger and lemongrass with maceration method by making NaOCl disinfectant solution with liquid extract from fresh ginger and lemongrass were then observed every month for 3 months in the study in the form of testing on alcohol levels and organoleptic of observations on color, odor and sediment. The results of this study showed that the disinfectant solution based on NaOCl with the addition of essential oils contained in the liquid extract of fresh ginger and lemongrass made by maceration method can change the scent of the product. This dermatitis is the most common form of dermatitis in infants and children. Other names are atopic eczema, dermatitis eczema, Besnier's prurigo and neurodermatitis. Dermatitis can occur for years, even for life, often recurring and interfering with daily activities due to intense itching. Knowing the effect of giving extra virgin olive oil on wound healing (degree of inflammation) in atopic dermatitis patients, the type of research used was pre-experimental because it revealed a cause-and-effect relationship involving only one group of subjects. so there's no control. strict on variables. The type of research design chosen was The One Group Pratest Posttest, which is an experimental design that was carried out in one group without a comparison group. This model has used a pre-test (pratest) then after being given treatment, a measurement (posttest) is carried out again to determine the consequences of the treatment, so that it can be seen the magnitude of the effect of the experiment. The results of the study can be interpreted that before being given olive oil most (75%) of the respondents had a severe degree of dermatitis and after being given olive oil half (50%) of the respondents had a mild degree of dermatitis, and half (50%) of the respondents had a moderate degree of dermatitis. It can be seen that the Z value is -4.916 with a significance of p = 0.000, so H0 is rejected so that H1 is accepted, which means that there is a difference in the degree of dermatitis before and after being given olive oil.
