Covid-19, caused by the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), is a new type of respiratory disease (pneumonia) and is contagious. The state has made various efforts to control covid-19, but there are still many infected victims. Pregnant women have changes in their immune system and anatomy, making them susceptible to viral infections. Pregnancy examinations at the hospital will be at risk of transmitting covid-19 to pregnant women, while antenatal care is very important to identify any pregnancy complications. This study aims to identify the K1 and k4 programs' achievements with midwives' practice in standard pregnancy services during the Covid 19 Pandemic, using a questionnaire given to midwives as health service workers. The study design used a cross-sectional with a chi-square statistical test, with 30 midwives as respondents who opened independent practice services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research instrument used a questionnaire. This study indicates that 70% of midwives have good knowledge but do not implement standard pregnancy care during the pandemic. The analysis results show no relationship between knowledge and standard practice of pregnancy services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Conclusion: Most midwives have good knowledge and do not practice standard pregnancy services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Suggestion. The following research is to identify the achievements of the pregnancy care program during the Covid-19 pandemic. According to WHO, the main causes of neonatal death include prematurity, neonatal asphyxia, and neonatal sepsis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between premature rupture of membranes and asphyxia in newborns at RSUD Dr. Soegiri Lamongan. This study used an analytical method with a cross sectional approach. The total sample was 240 newborns, consisting of babies with asphyxia and normal babies. Sampling with simple random sampling. Collecting data using a check list. Data taken from patient medical records (secondary data). Data analysis used the Chi Square test with a significance level of α <0.05. The results of the analysis with the Chi square test showed that the value of Asympt.Sig. (2-sided) on the Pearson Chi square test is 0.000 less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between PROM/KPD and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the delivery room of dr. Soegiri Lamongan. Asphyschia neonatorum is a complication of newborns which one of the contributing factors is PROM. Therefore, emergency obstetric and newborn care efforts should be strengthened to prevent neonatal asphyxia. It is hoped that health workers in the delivery room will carry out careful monitoring of labor, and identify and take appropriate measures to help reduce the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia","PeriodicalId":387635,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Midpro","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128558862","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. A sample of 37 respondents was taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Bivariate analysis conducted in this study used the Spearman test. The results of the study obtained Pearson correlation with p value = 0.000 <0.05 with a correlation level of 0.779. In conclusion, there is a relationship between the level of knowledge about diet and dietary compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus with a very strong correlation level. The results of the initial survey in 2019 were 184 who experienced periods I and II, while in 2020 there were 222 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship maternal characteristics (parity and age) with the length of time for labor during the first and second stages of labor at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban. The research design used an analytical method with a cross-sectional research design. The population used was all mothers who gave birth in the maternity room at RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban in 2021 many 842 respondents, obtained a sample size of many 271 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection uses secondary data, namely the independent and dependent variables. While the test used is chi-square with a significant level α = 0.05. The results showed that almost all of the results of the study showed that the length of time of delivery for the first and second stages of the primiparous tended to give birth accordingly, whereas in multiparous and grade multi the delivery was appropriate. Based on the chi-square test, it was found that x2 count = 5.705 ˃ x2 table = 3.841, then H0 was rejected H1 accepted This means that there is a relationship between maternal characteristics (parity and age) and the length of time for labor during the first and second stages of labor at RSUD dr. Koesma Tuban. From the research, it can be concluded that the characteristics of the mother (parity and age) can affect the length of time of stages I and II.
