Digital India is the result of a great number of technology advances and new inventions that have been developed over time. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is credited for being the driving force behind the \"Digital India\" plan. The ambitious Digital India initiative has been launched by the government of India. This initiative seeks to connect and deliver government programmes and services digitally while also mobilizing the IT capabilities of government departments across the country. The ultimate goal of this initiative is to transform India into an informed economy and a digitally empowered society with good governance for citizens. Without a doubt, the beginning of the digital revolution can be traced back to the first time digitization was implemented. The BJP government in India is responsible for the realization of this dream. As a direct result of this goal, the government has worked to increase internet connectivity as well as online infrastructure in order to make public services available to all people of the country, especially those who live in remote areas. The purpose of the initiative was to support India in its efforts to become a more economically and technologically developed nation. Before it can be properly implemented, there are a number of challenges that need to be conquered first. The purpose of the study is to shed light on the potentials as well as the inadequacies of the digital India programme.","PeriodicalId":386989,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Educational Review, Law And Social Sciences (IJERLAS)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116074593","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the effort to prevent and overcome crime, community policing carried out by Bhayangkara Pembina Community Security and Order or abbreviated as Bhabinkamtibmas has a very important role. The legal basis for implementing Community Policing is the National Police Chief Regulation Number 3 of 2015 concerning Community Policing. The main task of bhabinkamtibmas is to develop community policing in the village, so bhabinkamtibmas is placed in the village or sub-district in order to reduce the crime rate in the area or village by realizing its main tasks and functions. However, in practice, the role of community policing has not been maximally implemented. This is because there are factors that hinder it, for example the limited number of personnel that is not proportional to the size of an area, especially in the jurisdiction of the Gorontalo Police and there are still many members of Bhabinkamtibmas who have not received police education in the field of Binmas and Intelkam. The method used in this paper is using empirical research methods, legal research based on the facts obtained in the field. The role of Community Policing carried out by Bhabinkamtibmas in crime prevention and control is very important because with the role they carry out they can help solve problems faced by the community.","PeriodicalId":386989,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Educational Review, Law And Social Sciences (IJERLAS)","volume":"204 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123577193","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The pandemic's impact and consequences vary depending on one's personal and social status. COVID-19 in India was a flop. An outbreak of coronavirus illnesses and deaths in 2021 plunged India into a humanitarian crisis. In order to reduce global vaccine inequity, India needs to use its world-renowned pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities to provide COVID-19 vaccines to low-income countries. It should force India to rethink its domestic and foreign policies. With China's rise and India's national interests in a more dangerous world, the COVID-19 disaster forced India to rebuild its humanitarian reputation. These problems still haunt lecturers, so there needs to be a joint effort to minimize existing problems. Even though there are already regulations governing the relationship between workers/laborers and employers, in practical terms they have not yet been fully implemented. This is related to several problems, one of which is the position of lecturers at the subordinate level more than the foundation. This phenomenon will not occur when educators take advantage of legal protection that has been regulated in legislation. This study will elaborate on legal protection for workers, especially for educators. The research method used is a normative juridical approach using a statutory approach. The result is legal protection for educators as stipulated in Law Number 21 of 2000 concerning Trade Unions, in particular regarding the purpose of the formation of trade unions. In addition, Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower has protected workers/employees, including educators, namely through trade unions/employees.","PeriodicalId":386989,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Educational Review, Law And Social Sciences (IJERLAS)","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123421069","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The character and moral crisis that is happening to the Indonesian nation today is extraordinary. In recent years, we are often presented with information about how corrupt and depraved the morals of students are. Starting with cases of sexual harassment that occur in children which makes us very sad. The fact that has happened is the shared responsibility of all groups, be it the family, teachers, government, and the social environment where the child is. Thus, children's literature becomes a solution to make improvements to the character and morals of students. Children's literature must be re-presented and intended to the maximum for students. The purpose of this research is to describe how the study of character and moral teaching in the Story of a Fairy Tale and to provide input for children's literature is used as teaching material that is entertaining and fun for students.","PeriodicalId":386989,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Educational Review, Law And Social Sciences (IJERLAS)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130435039","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Kashmir had a significant role in the magnificent Mughal Empire. The Valley was close to the Central Asian border in the Kabul area. Strong dynastic monarchs like Akbar, Jahangir, Shah-i-Jahan, and Aurangzeb ruled it. The region's trade and commerce were boosted by the Mughals' conquest because it put an end to the region's long-running domestic fighting, built a centralized government, did away with toll charges, and improved and widened its highways. The damaged economy of the province was also fixed by the maintenance of stability and the agriculture system changes. By taking a number of initiatives for the development of the tourism industry in Jammu and Kashmir, it protected the region's emperors from squandering their enormous wealth on the construction of temples, parks, and wellness resorts and inns, effectively transforming the territory into a \"Heaven on Earth.\" Hence, this paper discusses the influence and contribution of the Mughals for transforming Kashmir a beautiful tourist spot of the world.","PeriodicalId":386989,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Educational Review, Law And Social Sciences (IJERLAS)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126513629","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
