The purpose of this study was to find out how the public's perception of the conversion of Bank Riau-Kepri into Bank Riau-Kepri-Syariah. In this paper, the author uses qualitative analysis methods, namely analysis by means of descriptive qualitative and argumentative. The results of the study show that the wants and needs of the people of Riau and outside Riau for Islamic Banks are very high, this can be seen from the questionnaire that the author distributed to respondents. The population in this study are consumers who have already purchased products from Rainbow Rice Medan. The number of samples in this study is unknown. The influence of Social Media variables on Purchase Decisions with a coefficient value of 1.101, a P-Values value of 0.000 0.05 and a T statistics value of 9.985 1.661 (significant). The F-Square value is 1.063. The influence of the sense of the Panca Indra variable on purchasing decisions with a path coefficient value of -0,302, a P-Values value of 0.032 0.05 and a T statistics value of 2.145 1.661 (significant). The F-Square value is 0.091. The effect of the Feeling variable on the Purchase Decision with the path coefficient value of 0.140, the P-Values value of 0.465 0.05 and the T statistics value of 0.730 1.661 (not significant). F-Square of 0.008. The influence of the Thinking variable on the Purchase Decision with the path coefficient value of 0.137, the P-Values value of 0.569 0.05 and the T statistics value of 0.570 1.661 (not significant). The application of criminal sanctions for perpetrators of the General Election of Regional Heads must first meet the criminal elements contained in each criminal article, namely those in Article 177 to Article 198A of Law Number 6 of 2020 concerning the Election of Governors, Regents, and Mayor. After the elements of the article are fulfilled, the perpetrator can be charged with sanctions or criminal responsibility. In order to fulfill the above objectives, tax reports must be comparable. These comparisons can be made in two ways, namely horizontally and vertically. Horizontal comparison is a comparison of a company's tax report with other companies for the same period, which in concept can be easily made if the preparation uses an existing software. This study aims to develop a taxation learning model by using the E-Faktur program as teaching material for lecture materials at universities. The specific target to be achieved in this research is to issue teaching materials in the form of tax books compiled with the E-Faktur program. To achieve this goal, this study uses descriptive analysis to identify the problems that exist in taxation learning at universities at the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra (UMSU) in Medan City which has been running so far. These problems include not understanding students in using the E-Faktur program which has been issued for a long time, and not being motivated to study the program due to lack of guidance in carrying out the practice. To find the factors that become obstacles in understanding the use of the program. By identifying these factors, Furthermore, a teaching material can be arranged to motivate students to want to enjoy the teaching material and the goal of educating the nation's children can be achieved. This research was conducted on North Sumatra Muhammadiyah University students who took the 6th semester tax management course for the 2018-2019 academic year. The sample in this study was 90 people. Because of the number of questionnaires that were returned only 90. Based on the data on the questionnaire that has been distributed by the researchers to 90 respondents, obtained data regarding the general description of the research respondents. In this study, the number of female respondents was more, namely 68 people or 75.6%, when compared to male respondents, namely as many as 22 people or 24.4%. The population of this research are patient at the Health Center Ranai – Natuna. While the sample taken in this research were as many as 100 people drawn from the population. The collected data used questionnaire method is to provide a list of questions or questionnaires directly to respondents. The results showed that the R Squer value was 0.818 or 81.8% of this value. It can be seen that the product, service quality and facilities have an effect on patient satisfaction by 81.8% while the remaining 18.2% is influenced by other factors that are not examined.
