Insurance affects most of the life of modern society, which determines the relevance of the research topic. Insurance is carried out in two forms compulsory and voluntary. Compulsory insurance is guaranteed by the state, but voluntary insurance is more flexible and allows you to take into account a wide range of client needs. However, there are currently some problems that require immediate solutions. The growth of the insurance market in Russia is mainly due to an increase in the volume of insurance premiums for motor insurance (CASCO, OSAGO) and life insurance. The development of the insurance market at the federal level is influenced by the situation in the regions, therefore it is important to assess trends at the regional level. The aim of the study is to analyze the direction of insurance development in the Russian Federation. During the study, comparison methods and economic and statistical methods were used. The tasks of the work are to identify existing problems in the insurance market in Russia and find solutions to them. The result was a study of the level of development of the insurance market in Russia for the period 2017-2019. The study examined the dynamics of insurance receipts and payments for various types of insurance in Kursk, Voronezh and Bryansk regions. The main conclusion of the work was the conclusion that now there is a problem of distrust of the population to insurance, as well as a lack of qualified insurance personnel. In this regard, it is necessary to pay special attention to improving the insurance culture of the population and strengthening state control over insurance companies. In 2019, for the first time in the last ten years, there is a sharp decline in the Russian insurance market, and for the first time there is a zero increase in insurance premiums. The role and importance of independent physical exercises and sports, which have a health-improving orientation, for all teaching staff and employees of the University is indicated. Proceeding from the peculiarities of professional activity of the teaching staff of Russian universities, including the preservation of good state of health and maintain high efficiency, the most appropriate are: a) participation in University sponsored sports events, taking into account the employment of teaching staff, their capabilities and level of health under the direct supervision of specially assigned specialists of physical culture; b) regular independent exercise and sports activities, including family Sunday sports and recreation activities (excursions to nature, skiing and skating, Cycling, etc.). The authors consider independent sports and health-improving classes of the University's teaching staff and its employees as an important component of their life-fulfillment system, which is conditioned by personal and professional tasks. Systematic physical exercises, participation in individual and group physical exercises, exercise systems and selected sports are not an additional load, but a relief for all involved, switching them from mental to physical work. Tigishvili","doi":"10.15350/2409-7616.2020.3.09","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.15350/2409-7616.2020.3.09","url":null,"abstract":"The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of gender socialization as an important tool for modeling behavior in society, the identification of historical, cultural and social contexts that allow men and women to comprehend and use the impact of gender stereotypes on the processes of their self-realization. Particular attention is paid to issues such as: gender stereotypes that determine the status-role characteristics of men and women; gender factors reinforcing the dominant position of men and discriminatory practices against women; gender differences and assessment of the nature of the influence of these differences (positive or negative) on the individual life path of a man and woman, the possibility of their self-improvement; gender socialization as a condition of psychological and social development of an individual. The pressure of gender stereotypes negatively affects the social consciousness of a person, and in some cases harms the psychological health of the population as a whole. The author proves the thesis that there are a huge number of factors that affect the gender-role socialization of a person, starting from birth and throughout life, that gender stereotypes play the role of schemes through which people are more likely to notice and remember examples that confirm sustainable beliefs about gender.
