Type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were 100 students who used the Shopee mobile application at Narotama Surabaya University. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square. Data obtained from questionnaires and tasted with SmartPLS 3.0 application. The result of this study indicate that fashion lifestyle, sales promotion, and self image have a positive and significant influence on impulse buying behaviour and customer satisfaction. The research variable used is TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). The research results show that Perceived Usefulness (X1), Perceived Ease of Use (X2), Comfort (X3), and Security (X4), affect simultaneously to dependent variable Service Quality (Y). Thus the first hypothesis is states \"That Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Comfort, and Simultaneous influential security of service quality \"is empirically proven the truth. While partially, perceived ease of use, security, and comfort, no significant effect on service quality, only perceived usefulness variables only that has a significant effect on service quality variables. Sampling technique was done by using questionnaires. The data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Data processed using SmartPLS 3.The results showed that facility, discount, and word of mouth were affected significant simultaneously and partially to purchasing decision and customer loyaltyThe limitation in the exploration of independent variables which affect the level of consumer purchasing decisions for karaoke. This study design using quantitative methods the hypotheses by using SPSS version 20.0 with multiple linear regression analysis. The population this study were consumers of House of Sabrina. The sampling technique used was random sampling with the total 131 respondents who had purchased products by online. The results of this study show that electronic word of mouth variables, trust and product quality have an effect on simultaneously and significantly on purchasing decisions. Partially electronic word of mouth variables, trust and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Samples of 100 respondents were taken using purposive sampling technique and methods of data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Tangible variable (physical evidence) significantly influences the variable customer satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate accounts receivable turnover so that it can be used as a tool to assess the effectiveness of company management. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of research obtained from the 2013-2017 financial statements, showed the average billing period (ACP) in 2014 = 43 days, 2015 = 42 days, 2016 = 58, and 2017 = 39 days. If it is associated with standard criteria, payment of receivables goes into in smooth criteria. The data were analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square) through software SmartPLS 3.0.
