Priority issues for herbal medicine production are found in the process of stripping old herbal ingredients. This is because the process of stripping raw materials of irregular herbs still uses conventional and traditional methods, namely with a knife. Based on the problem of herbal medicine production, we raised the title of the Peeler Machine of Various Bulbs Equipped with Automatic Washers. The stripping process on this machine uses a rotary system that utilizes the centrifugal force on the peeler pan and then the tubers rotate clockwise then hit the wall and the floor of the peeler is aided by water sprayed by water washer, the skin from the stripping process will fall towards the filter, water used for the process will be recirculated during the process until completion.","PeriodicalId":386863,"journal":{"name":"Journal of World Conference (JWC)","volume":"45 7","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121000239","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study also aims to categorize the construction waste in Grand Sungkono Langoon Project based on its type by using Pareto Method and Fish Bone diagram. The present study employed descriptive study with qualitative analysis. It was done by analyzing and evaluating construction waste. The result of the study was in the form of data table on construction waste in structural construction using Pareto method and Fish Bone Diagram in Grand Sungkono Langoon Project. The study found that the most significant amount of material waste in Grand Sungkono Langoon project is steel bar (Rp.229.009.000), total amount of construction waste was 0.92% or equal to Rp 263.090.000 from total project cost of Rp. 24.204.280.000. The source of material waste comes from piles, casting, steelwork and formwork, and the factors resulting in construction waste were the condition of the pile, this can be caused by careless unloading process. Besides, not all piles get into the ground for its condition is different at each point. Regarding reinforcement, it turned into waste because of cutting mistake. The category of construction waste in a structural project is casting, steelwork, and formwork.","PeriodicalId":386863,"journal":{"name":"Journal of World Conference (JWC)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-08-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130741030","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
